This was my first router modem from Netgear. Installing on Comcast network is a breeze. It took about 5 minutes to call Comcast and another 10 minutes to download the software. Everything was great except the coverage. I live in a two story home and coverage seems low upstairs. Other than that every thing is great. It’s a good deal for the price!

I purchased this router as a replacement for the rented one I had from Spectrum. This one is perfect with no drops on signal as I had before. The Wifi coverage is far better than the previous one I had and the installation is pretty simple. Just know that you must contact the cable provider so they can allow access to your new router/modem.

Super fast modem. It's Netgear so it is really great with tons of settings thru the Router login type 192.168.0.1 in your browzer search. You can customize almost anything. Super fast speeds and great reliability with no dropouts.

Purchased this router for my apartment. We currently get 50mbps and it handles it very well. Smart tv, two phones, and two laptops work smoothly on this router. Definitely recommend for a small living space and minimal devices.

good speed and easy set up. the guy at cox tried to tell me that i was getting slow speed because of this device being a combo modem/router but he is a liar, dont listen to them if they say something like that

I like it’s design, compact and elegant. I use it for my cellphone and smart tv and am satisfied with it in a medium sized two bedroom apartment. The only issue is that there is no coax cable in the package.

An all-in-one Modem/Router, great product at a great price.

This is an older model compared to what's out here today. It is also not at the top of any tiers. But this handsome device sits in the corner of my apartment and offers more than enough down and upstreams for all devices without dropping a beat. As well as range being stronger than the Xfinity modem combo. Streaming movies is a breeze. Gaming is strong with little to no latency. But I am afraid of the reports of the 90 day failure where similar devices from this brand start having hiccups in performance.

Being a bit old school, i.e., not a techie, I depended on the Blue Shirt to recommend a decent modem. My Blue Shirt was great; listened to what I needed, answered my questions, and made his recommendation. This was easy to set up, like he said, and it works just fine most of the time. However, my cell phone doesn't seem to link as regularly as it did with the last modem I had. Previously I rented a modem from Comcast because I had a landline as well. When I got rid of the landline I needed a modem. The Wi-Fi range on the new modem is not an issue because the cell phone can be sitting within a few feet of the modem and I'll still occasionally get the "No connection" notice. Again, not being a techie, there may be something I missed. (Or perhaps I need a new cell phone!)

Stopped renting a modem from my cable provider and cut the cord to stream to three or four devices at a time. It was extremely easy to set up and I’ve seen no issues with its performance.
