I bought this because in months it will have payed for itself, $10 a month for a modem through Comcast? Dumb, just wish I would have done it sooner, it didn't work well with my wifi extender but I don't need it anyway my house isn't huge, signal is strong enough to run my 1080p movies on fire stick so..

We ended up returning this item because the bandwidth was a little too large for our apartment, and I didn't want to be sharing channels with more people. But the unit looks great, and it's really easy to install and use. Would recommend.

Great download speeds even on WiFi. Almost always at least 4 people connected and no one complaining.

Have had this router for a year. No problems with it at all. I would recommend this to others. It's so much better than paying monthly rent to a internet provider for their router. Mine is performing good or better than the Xfinity router I previously rented for $10/month.

My previous modem/router combo bit the dust, and so I upgraded to this AC model. It has improved my internet quality and speeds significantly over the previous model CN3700. It allows me to make all necessary gaming adjustments, like dmz and assigning ip addresses to my devices.

Never Rent a Moded from Cable Provider Again

Pays for itself after less than a year compared to renting a modem from Verizon/Comcast etc. It is much faster than the old rented hardware and was well worth the purchase price when I decided to cancel cable and move to internet only. Video streaming appears faster to me.

Super easy to install. Fabulous band strength and speed while looking better than the combo from the cable company. I recommend it to anyone wanting to get out from under a company rental and experience a new level of performance.

I've had it for about three weeks now and it's been great. No drops or outages in internet. It works well with my internet provider, and the fact that it's a modem and router in one helps a lot. My only wish is that it had more than 2 ethernet ports. Other than that it's perfect.

Easy to set up, discreet and out of sight with a nice black color that doesn't stick out of anything. If you have an option for this or a rented router from your internet provider, this is the way to go! It is compatible with Xfinity Comcast, fully.

Bought for my new Xfinity account. After Xfinity technician hooked it up, I’ve connected it to my Mac, iphone, iPad, and Philips Hue hub with ease. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I don’t feel I’ve had it long enough (3 days) to justify a 5 star review.

I live in a two story house with a small patio and garage and I get signal all around. If you don’t need a separate router and if all of your connections are wireless, this is the way to go. No extra cables, no mess, and easy to hide if need be.

The range on this router is the best I've encountered - I can go in my front yard and use my Wi-Fi. Also, it comes with a recommended app to install and whenever there's any kind of issue, the troubleshooter runs and automatically fixes it. Great product!

I have been using this router for 4 years now, and outside of a power surge knocking it out, it has been extended reliable and capable of sending WiFi through my house at a consistent speed.

As a Comcast user, I sent their rental back and purchased a very expensive Arris. Mistake! It wouldn't stay online for more than a couple of days. Along comes the less expensive Netgear 6250. Bulletproof! Dependable! Solid performance! Glad I made the change. Anybody want a used Arris?

I was having trouble because my internet speed had been increased and my modem router wasn't fast enough. Increasing the speed helped. But I still have some problems to figure out. My last modem router by Netgear still works but not as well after the increase in speed.

Let me recommend checking with your internet provider to see what's compatible before making a purchase. Nonetheless, I love my equipment. I have internet everywhere & I rarely have to reset. Worth the investment.

It works great for me, but I will eventually need a range extender if I'm trying to do anything other than browse the internet on the top floor of my 3 story house. Great for the money, and I'm using it to save money on Comcast's rental fees.

I'm not a Wi-Fi techie so all I can say is I bought this Netgear wireless router about 6 months ago and it has worked perfectly. I am online everyday and it hasn't stopped once, even after falling off a 4' shelf and being hit with a picture frame that left a small scratch on the front.

Good Easy to install, love the user ID & password being on the router itself, makes it easier for my family to use. So glad I spent a little more this time on a modem that has a greater range & with more device capacity.
