My internet provider is spectrum. I was able to call support they hooked me in and no more monthly modem charges . Everything has performed very well. I cut all cable tv and have internet services which have provided what I need. Should have done it sooner. This modem is all you need!!

I needed an upgraded router to get the Blast speed for Comcast. This one meets my needs and the speed is faster than Comcast says I should get with Blast, according to the speed test. I wanted a router that will last me a long time, so that I won't have to update to a better one soon. I have only used it at a distance once so far, but the range does seem to be less than my old Netgear N300. According to the box, this one is supposed to have the next to best range. The N300 signal reached to my neighbor's apartment, a few apartments down, with an excellent signal. This one, however, first disconnected from my device, then showed a very weak signal when I connected it again. Maybe it was a one time thing. I will have to try again and see what the result is. I live in a studio apartment. Reaching to my neighbor's apartment would still be within the size of a regular house and there are no brick or cement walls between. Still, this is a great router and I highly recommend it.

I was contemplating for a while to get a router/modem for years . I was bleeding 10$ of my hard earn $'s to Comcast. Finally I broke out of the curse and decided to give it a try and I regret now why it took so long for me to decide. Install was easy. I called comcast to activate it after I hooked the aux cabel and power to the modem . I shouldn't have called them . Yes, thats right they were able to confirm it was activated and I was still not able to access internet. Wasted an awful amount of time.I disconnected the chat. I connected to the wifi using my Andriod(tried with iphone stupid iphone sucks) and the modem guided me with the steps to activate it and it worked like a charm.! So far its been great and internet is working way better than before.

It worked right out of the box. Once the cable company had the mac address it and all my wifi machines were updated, we were set. My machines were able to connect to the router faster and I notice a marked improvement in speed.

This pays for itself in a few months that normally you would be giving up to your provider and does the same thing. In my opinion the signal is broadcasted stronger and more consistently with this than what i received from comcast though.

Great unit for the price! Saves us almost $20 off our cable internet bill each month. Functions as the product description claims with no issues. And I like the app you can get to manage device from your phone. So far, this has been a great investment to save money in short run.

This combination router/modem was easy to set up and works well. It’s relatively light compared to some of the other bulkier units and most importantly it’s compatible with the xfinity voice controlled unit.

The modem was very easy to set up. Since it also includes a wireless router there is one less device I need to have plugged in. Having a guest ID is nice as well. I can just turn it on when there are guests in the house and I don't have to give out my wifi password.

Needed a larger modem-router and Best Buys associate help me find exactly what I required.

I bought this to replace the Comcast modem. I went from 20mbps to 75-100mbps. I was paying for internet that the router wasn't capable of delivering. Now, i can use my smart tv, 2 phones, tablet and XBox without slowing down my internet, even during peak. RECOMMEND!

Bought this to eliminate paying extra fees for wifi. never had any issues, worked great! I'd def suggest buying your own modem instead of paying that monthly fee to rent the companies equipment. saves you money in the long run!

We’ve had this router/ modem combo for a little over a week now and being a very “tech dumb” young adult, this product had a VERY easy set-up and install! The Netgear app is nice also! Makes it very easy to change your router password and privacy levels!

I needed throughput to 300mb and this modem does it. Easy to configure and quick setup. My cable provider only provides a modem without wifi and no router. It was simpler to just purchase this and manage the whole device.

Took modem router out of package, and set it up. Very easy to set up. Works great. You can change channels on it if WiFi slows down; too much traffic. The product manual is online which you can download & save to Drive. I would recommend this for your wireless products.

Reviewed this product before i bought to make sure i can give the right speed i want from a router. A lot of router with same price but with less speed than this one. Happy I got the right one for my place.

My old router needed a booster to get the signal to my television in the other room. the booster went in a yard sale as I have no need of it any longer. This new one gives me a much stronger signal and clear pictures from my Fire stick. Very Happy.

Now I don’t have to pay the cable company for there router/modem..this is the best thing I ever did to get the most out of my cable.i would recommend this router/modem to anyone who wants to cut your cable bill down a little bit.. you won’t regret it!

Bought this router with modem as I didn't want to pay per month rentals. It was good.
