I felt very limited support were provided for this product. However for apartment it one of the best product which has RJ45 connections and 2.4 to 5 WiFi Chanel. Similar service if you get from your service provider you may have to pay without any return. Investment in this you will have your own device. It is best and value for money who live in around 1000 Sqr feet area as per my observations.

A technician set up the original connection to new service. I set up for the house and streaming to TV. A little confusing with the two connections, but it works well. Pretty decent distance too.

Definitely saved money by purchasing this instead of renting it from the cable/ internet company. Easy to install and haven't had any issues.

With this router and 100MB internet from Cox, it does exactly what I need it to do. I play online video games and my fiance streams on Netflix. Even with both things going on at once I see no latency issues.

So far I have had a few small issues with connectivity with my phone/TV/Laptop but they were manageable and overall the router modem has been quite reliable.

This net gear so far has been great for single person home with 3 tvs, laptop, iPad, iPhone and whatever else I throw at it.

The cable modem / router duo is all you need to have great service. I have had this combo for over 2 years and it works great!!!!

This router gives good coverage, we get signal in upstairs too. I am satisfied with this product.

This router works great in my small apartment! I use it for my smart tv and Netflix streaming and it still keeps up with my laptop and other small devices such as my phone and guest’s phones!

Great range for the price as well as multifunction. Saves me $15 a month from renting a modem. Has a USB port if you want to hook up a wired printer or a hard drive to function as a cloud. Great having 2 frequencys.

I had trouble with an older router/modem. Plus my area is an older neighborhood with slower speeds. This 2in one router/modem was the perfect choice. No more problems, and speeds maintain an appropriate level.

Easy to set up, basically plug & play. Provides the bandwidth I desired. Purchased because in addition to routing, it provides wifi.

Compact router that has a good range. Also has dual band capacity. I have used for about 18 monts with no issues.

Very easy to install, like plug and play into the spectrum cable. WiFi works like a charm. My cable subscription is on the lower end though, so can’t really comment on the throughput.

it's a 8-inch, black square with "netgear" in all caps right in the middle. there is a row of tiny green lights on the bottom that are always on, and a few that always blink, but that you will probably never actually look at to determine what it is they are actually telling you. the extra lights on in my house is a drag. they help kill salmon. does it work as promised? yes. no problems in the first month of operation, but then it's just been sitting, untouched on a shelf. if it lasts for 18 months then it will be a better deal than renting the thing from those jerks at comcast.

We bought this to replace the Comcast modem so we could reduce our bill. I was a bit intimidated to switch them out but it was very easy and it has been working great!

If you’ve had a router longer than a few years, make the change now. It’s worth the investment to be sure you’re getting the speed you pay for from your cable provider.

I had rented the Xfinity modem and I wanted a replacement. This modem is good and the steps to connect and activate are simple. The genie app makes it so simple to maintain.
