BEST TWO IN ONE

Connection drops

Unfortunately, I constantly experience connection drop using 2.4 gHz. (Few times daily) Test speed at 2- 40 kbps. The modem is slightly warmer compared to my rental, setting at the same location. Setting up was easy once you bring it to your cable company to enter the serial number. Using 5 gHz Connection is good but not excellent. Few drops here and there. (3 times weekly) a Test Speed is only at 120 - 170 kbps which is half of by plan. I have 9 devices AT MOST connected at the same time. 3 cell phones, 1 tv, 2 laptops at idle or are off. Mainly 2 iPads and one computer are active for most of the time. Used on Netflix, You Tube, surfing. I only use about 100G per month. So this modem/router is not really working that hard considering of my low usage. Running the latest firmware as of 7/2/20. I can’t recommend this due to drop connection.
