Purchased for basic use at grandparents

The main need was for downloading data to a TiVO machine on a daily basis. We are also archiving family records and pictures so this enabled us to set up a computer in another room. It also enabled us to do research while we sit with our elderly family member. The walls in this old house are thick but we weren't looking for long-range so this was recommended to us. It fills our needs nicely.

Inexpensive and Works Great with Xfinity

Wifi range was very good, but I only used this device in a small apartment setting. As per usual, Netgear quality was evident and the user interface was familiar and easy to use. One small issue seems to be extremely slow performance when using Remote Management with HTTPS. Aside from that this is a good choice for a casual home user.
