    Got it and hooked it up. Worked better than the phone company's unit for about two weeks then it would not hook up to the internet. Went through all the steps again but still it would not connect. Plugged in the old one from the phone company and it connected right away. Took it back and got a refund on it and now I am using the old and slower one from the phone company
