    When I opened the product to install the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The only downside in the directions is when it tells you to connect your internet, it assumes and tells you to contact Comcast, they are not my provider so I needed to contact my internet provider to complete the process. Not sure if that's how they market Comcast but it did cause confusion.

    I have been using this router for more than year. Bought it to avoid fees from Comcast and I have got more than my moneys worth. Recently switched from 50 mbps Comcast connection in an apartment to 500 mpbs frontier connection in a big house. Never had an issue, great connectivity.
