    The NETGEAR - AC1600 Wireless Router with DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - Black is a very easy modem/router to set up. The only negative about this model is you will still need a separate phone modem from your cable provider.

    When I "cut the cable," I needed a new modem/router. This one had good reviews and a reasonable price. Set up was fairly easy; I did have a few hiccups with Comcast but got it running eventually and it's been flawless ever since. No more weekly resets required. How nice to have something that just works for a change. Recommend,
