    I bought this product in Dec 2016 and it worked well with the occasional power reboot needed. Recently one of the two Ethernet ports failed. The two year service I got from it saved a lot in rental fees from xfinity. Great product.

    So far so good, i run Fire stik, 3 computers and wifi for phones and so far no major problems, however my Fire stik loses signal and have to reboot, not sure if it's stik or router. Otherwise i would give 5stars

    I purchased this router so I can return Comcast's router and eliminate the monthly rental fee. It works just fine, and it is able to handle the faster speed that I have with Xfinity.

    We purchased this product so that we could return our rental unit to Comcast. This eliminates monthly fees added to our bill. We are pleased with the ease of installation of the unit. We are using Roku on 2 TV's, 2 laptop computers, a printer, a tablet and 2 smart phones. All are working well.

    My former cable modem bit the dust so I went to Best Buy looking for pretty much the same thing. Little did I know so much has evolved with cable modems, routers, signal repeaters, etc. The rep at the store was knowledgable and helped me make a sound decision. The modem works great and I will definitely shop here again.

    I had purchased a modem from Walmart and within a month maybe , it needed constant reboots . This modem as served me well already, I made sure to get warranty with it this time. Very happy with this purchase , will be going to Best Buy for all my electronics purchases , here on.

    I just went in to ask questions the young lady helped me realize that my Internet connection issues had to do with my outdated modem from the cable company so I was since I installed a new one to suggest that I’ve had no issues

    The modem was easy to set up and has been working pretty good. Sometimes the 2.5G internet connection is better than the 5G so I have my devices split on whichever ones gives the best signal in the room.
