BOUGHT THIS NETGEAR STREAMING PLAYER. I AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT. EVERY MOVIE I WATCH FREEZES UP AND I HAVE TO CUT IT OFF AND START ALL OVER AGAIN. I SPENT MOST OF THANKSGIVING DAY ON THE PHONE WITH TECHINICAL SUPPORT AND AM RETURNING IT TOMORROW.

Do not upgrade firmware. I have tried to contact netgear for assistance but maybe due to holiday, no one has returned my email.

This thing is horrible. Pretty much every time I get on Netflix and pick something to watch it kicks me off and takes me all the way back to the main menu. It did that to me 6 times in a row. Seriously, pay the extra $50 for the Apple TV. I wish I had instead of spending $50 on this piece of trash.
