I wanted a streaming device that didn't cost too much. This NeoTv has an actual YouTube app, unlike the roku. Netflix is great on it. You can download a controller app for android or iOS which is great. Overall I am satisfied with the NeoTv. My favorite streaming device.

I was very dissappointed in NetGear when I had problems with setup. They were no help at all an only interested in selling me a higher service level.. I finally called Netflix and they had my questions answered and had me going in 5 minutes. NetGear was dreadful!

I just use this for Netflix and it is great for that. I do not have all the bells and whistles with my TV watching (like Dish, Tivo, surround sound, etc) so I have no idea if you may need a better unit.

This streaming player is easy to set up and works exactly as it is supposed too. Great value for the money considering other players are twice as much or more.

Purchased this to hook a TV in the kids room that is a older flat screen and we didn't want to wire the entire house to the Cable internet service. Kids love Neflix and it was the easiest way to connect.

Great price, and allows us to view all of our favorites shows. Took only a few minutes to set up and we were streaming in minutes. Going to purchase another one for our basement television.

This product is good as a starter to convert tv into a smart tv. I got it on sale and it works pretty good but there are better ones out there!!!

Take it out of the box and plug it in. No setup. It finds your internet connections and you are off to the races

This receiver/player was easy to install, also easy to use. Took about 10 minutes or less, and performs as it should. Great value for the price and ease of use.

I purchased the Neo Streaming Player because I wanted to watch NetFlix on my TV. It works great and was pretty easy to set up.

This device is great for anyone that needs to turn a TV into a Smart TV to get apps like Netflix. The interface is easy. It can be slow at times to access however.

We have purchased at least 3 different types of media streamers. This is the first one that has worked perfectly. It streams great from Netflix and our in house media server. It even works great with YouTube.

The product is fast and easy to use for the price. Could have been cheaper considering that it does not come with a keyboard.

Great idea but lacking in performance. Remote is a pain to use. Stupid thing tries to take over the tv. Can't shut it off. Have to unplug the power cord. When it is plugged in and we are not using it, it tries to take over the tv. Switches the tv input and comes on by itself. Constantly needs to update itself. Should have returned it but the 15 day return policy didn't quite fit into our schedule.

I needed something to stream Netflix and one of your sales persons said this was a good unit and good value. It wasn't too hard to set up and works fine.

It's only $50 and you get Netflix, YouTube(kind of), Hulu, etc, etc. But turning it on and getting it online is a process that you should start before you pop your popcorn. Everything takes forever, from the startup to the buffering. There is usually a huge lag between pushing a button on the remote and getting a response onscreen. Oh, and sometimes it freezes up too. If you don't have a lot of money, this will get the job done. If you can afford something better, it's probably worth it.

This is my second Neo and I bought it based on my first unit. Not much has changed and for the price it is hard to beat! Controls are simple and if out of reach use your I Phone! Recommend to anyone.

pretty decent for the price. its not apple tv or anything spendy, and that shows. but, for $30 it gets the job done.
