This device loads the apps quickly and is easy to browse with.

Bought this device a couple weeks ago. was looking forward to using it as I like my other media streamers. Problem was setting it up for the first time that not all the buttons worked on the remote. The remote was the only way of operating the device. Returned the device to Best Buy and couldn't afford to exchange for another device because I paid for it with Best Buy points and there is a waiting period before I get those points back. Eventually the points were added back but I had already bought the device at another store. That all said, Best Buy will still be the first place I go when I purchase electronics and media in the future.

It is an ok streamer it works when it wants. But when it does work it is very fast. Maybe I got a defective one but over all it's good

Was not easy to set up. I got assistance from support that was located in India. After a lot of tries & wasted time, the guy told me there was a problem with my TV. The next day I finally got it set up only to find out that the remote only worked some of the time. On advice from a knowledgeable friend, I returned it for credit & bought a Roku 3. It cost more, but works great & is definitely worth it.

This little box does all my Roku did (I gave it to my daughter) at less than half the price. Unknown at this time--will NeoTV upgrade with more suppliers? I would like to see the new Redbox streaming program added in.

Bought this one when I heard about internet TV. Once I saw how it worked, I decided to get the Roku, because it has more channels. Nice thing about this one is it gets a you tube channel and the Roku does not.

I bought this for my recording studio to entertain those in the waiting room between sessions. My biggest issue with it is that when you set it to show in 1080p HD, you get lots of buffering and freezing from the box. Its not my internet, I have used Roku and a Xbox and did not have this problem. I moved my Roku to the house and figured I would try this due to the price, but there is not as many app options like there is with Roku and others.

Works good, got a great price, no Amazon instant video access though.

Over all it is a good purchase. It was not available at all stores.

I was having a problem receiving some programming from Comcast. This device helped me solve the problem.

This product was purchased for someone who only watches TV on weekends. It definitely serves its purpose. It uses wi-fi, which sometimes needs a password. That's when the keyboard is missed.

Does not to many interesting website. I would check the websites before buying another streamer to be sure it would work for me. Runs really hot!

Great product for the price. Primarily used for streaming Netflix.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Bought one for my bedroom, have never been happy with it. When I needed one for my daughters room, I spent the extra and got the Roku, totally worth it. The Neo connects easily enough, but it also disconnects from the internet constantly. The remote is the worst ever! Do yourself a favor and buy the Roku the first time.

For the money its a great buy, but I have constant problems. I have to unplug the unit and reset, and reprogram everything again. Sometimes it locks up and won't do anything. It has a problem finding my wireless internet signal sometimes.
