This device was easy to set up and use right away! Great signal strength! Very impressed!

Wireless capability works a good distance. We use it in the main house and it easily reaches the apartment above our garage for my daughter to have access to the Internet.

Router worked great with no problem. Easy to reset when needed.

This router/ modem meets and exceeds expectations..., when Frontier actually provides service. I love the extended range I get, it's nice to be able to connect while in a different room than the paperweight that Frontier gave us. This does indeed work with Frontier in my area but Frontier rarely goes more than 5 minutes without me having to disconnect and reset (whatever) modem we have.

This is a nice modem / router combo and so far has worked as expected.

We needed a new modem, with a wireless router, for our specific DSL ISP. Our previous modem was outdated and failing. This unit combined both our needs into one modem. It was a little pricey, but worth it because there were not many products out there. It was easy to set-up, understand and very powerful; compared to our old modem. It was even more user friendly than our old modem.

Great value for the money. This does exactly what it's intended to do.

Verizons router always let me down when it came to streaming movies now i can enjoy my movies knowing that i will be able to see the whole thing

I needed a DSL modem quickly, my previous NETGEAR modem of 8 years was finally seeing its end of life. And I wanted to still have RJ45 Ports for my computers and like hard wire over wire, so the 4 ports are a must have. The wireless I do have for the entertainment system connected easily, since I used the same passwords as the old modem. And Speeds are back up to where they should be.

I initially had problems staying connected to the net with this router/modem, and had to seek assistance from the Netgear technical people. She was able to update the firmware (which I had been unable to do) and since that time (maybe two weeks ago) it has lost the connection less than a handful of times. When I am connected it works great. It has an added bonus of two USB ports into which I have plugged my printer and a backup drive. Before, my printer was plugged into my wife's desktop and when it was not in operation I could not print from my computer. That is no longer a problem as it allows my computer to print even when hers is off. It also enables me to print from my iPhone, which I was unable to do before. I have updated the firmware again and things seem to be improving with the connectivity issue. It has been several days now since it last lost connection. I might add that regaining the connection is just a matter of rebooting the router/modem, but it is not something that you want to be doing more than once every six months or so. Hopefully, I am on my way to smooth sailing now. If not, I'll be back in touch with the Netgear technical support people. The one who helped me seemed very knowledgeable, helpful, and was most patient and respectful with me.

It is a great replacement for my old AT&T modem ,I liked the fact it had a built in router as well as WiFi. It was a very straight forward with easy installation that took me about 20 minutes to set-up and I was off and running and I'm a novice at best. It was expensive but I'm pleased with the performance and I like the fact it's a local company for Technical Support and FAQ's.

I thought I'd cut out the middle man by eliminating the need for a rented modem provided by the internet provider. This product provides me with the same speed and requires no monthly charge on my bill. Should save a bundle in the long run!

The router/modem was easy to install, as well as simple to configure with the help of NetgearGenie. I enjoyed this product but it was an attempted solution to a problem that was later discovered not to be my primary issue, therefore I returned it and reinstalled my previous router. If my original router had indeed been the issue, I would definitely have kept this model.

Very easy set up. Big speed improvement over CenturyLink provided router.

Makes responses and inputs SO much faster than the old MODEM (12 years old) we had until now. And, WiFi is also much more responsive.
