Customer service was very helpful setting up. Runs much faster than my old wifi, with less drops.

We use older DSL internet service, so our options are limited. That said, the Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 modem router increased both our transfer speed and range. Very pleased.

Dad was tired of monthly router rental fees & yearly $150 router fee. CL rep said we needed ASDL router and this worked. You'll need a password & username - from ISP - during install. Best Buy Customer Service suggested buying separate router & modem to get 80mbps speeds. I didn't bother with that since we don't usually get speeds over 20mbps.

Very nice works great. Powerful Wi-Fi reception around the house, inside and outside. It seemed a little expensive when I first looked at it but it is a great value. Very easy set up.

Unfortunately my modem/router decided to go ka-put and I take online classes so that's a big "not cool, my friend." After doing lots of research I discovered that this combo would be the best for me and my households femands. Setting it up was a huge pain but that wasn't the routers fault. I had to call my ISP for login info I was not aware I had. I was succussfully able to get everything set up with no issues so far.

Works good. Don't like the fact that if I have a problem with the modem I cannot get Netgear's help after 90 days unless I pay them $99.00.

Setup was easy and it took minimum time to have internet service up and running throughout the house. Assembly off the router was quick and all components were working perfect.

Love it. I was even able to set up the network with my cell. We don't have a computer right now.

This product is a little more expensive than othera I've purchased but has also out performed.

Workers on help line are not very helpful, wifi will not stay on. We have Centurylink and it may be a comparability issue.

We needed a new router/modem and this one did the trick. The salesman at Best Buy was very helpful and directed us to this unit. Easy hook up and now everyone has the internet.

I say "mostly" because it does work very well in my vintage home which has lathe and plaster, thick walls. The other router I tried didn't transmit well through the house. The "mostly" comes from the antenne. They don't stay in place well at all. One side I have had to use a piece of tape to keep upright. There is no way to tighten them up so, at least on mine, one flops sideways. It doesn't seem to effect transmission.

Since I purchased the Netgear68, my wifi has been greatly improved for all my connected devices. Highly recommend this product!

Fantastic coverage.installed in basement and coverage to shop 200 feet away is great!!

It basically installed itself on CenturyLink. I did read the manual and log in as admin. Once I menu selected CenturyLink as my carrier, the modem churned out a solution.

Easy set up, good customer support. Worth the investment as it will pay for itself rather quickly not having to pay rental to the service provider every month.

Easy to setup and install. Had to return only because not compatible with Windstream ISP as this is not a bonded router after the salesman told me it would be fine.

Switched my providers modem/router for this nighthawk. This new modem/router solved all the old issues such as signal loss, strength and extent of signal. Worth the buck.

I purchased this to replace my AT&T DSL modem. Worked flawlessly out of the box and 8 months later is still performing way better than my old Westell modem form AT&T.
