Almost Flawless....so far

Router is working good so far

Not enough bang for buck$

I can "pause" my kids' devices but I can't set timers on them like I could with my old one. On the bright side, it did increase the distance that our wifi works away from the modem.

Not worth the cost

The signal is no better than the cheap router internet company gives you even after talking to tech support to adjust it. The parental controls have not worked for 6 days. Tech support told me the issue is NetGears server and it would be fixed 2 days ago. STILL NOT FIXED.

Best Modem Ever

Pros: Long Range Wireless Fast Wireless Even wired connections seem to be slightly "snappier", loading things seems to finish the last few percent much faster. The button to turn off all but the power LED is great. Cons: Bright LED's, you can turn all but the power LED off with a button which is great, but the power led by itself is still more than adequate to light up my entire room at night.

Improved Wi-Fi Reception

Our house is constructed with adobe for all structural walls. The old centurylink system could not send a signal beyond the computer room. The Nighthawk signal is strong in every room of this one story 2481 sq.ft. house. Well worth the money for the convenience of having good reception when and where we need it.
