Said they didn't have anything showing on their end that they have any type of info on it even though their name was clearly stated on the box at time of purchase.

I was replacing my Verizon modem/router in hopes of improved performance, mainly speed but also hoped to have less need to re-boot. This unit is reliable, but the speed is only slightly better than the Verizon unit. It maintains speed a little better when multiple devices are on line. There are no issues with distance. This unit works fine but the speed with my DSL connection is still barely acceptable. I had hoped for more improvement as this was the most expensive router/modem available.
