Set up easy and running well. Has not had any issues since setup. I can see the lights better than my old one. Speed tests are all good. Have five connected Wifi devices and no issues.

This router is super fast. I get great connection across the street from my house and this router is in the back of my house.

As the title says...super fast, best connection and great parental features! I've owned many routers and this is by far the best!

We had an Apple airport router fail. Got this one on Best Buy store associate's recommendation and it was on sale. Seemed super fast and wide coverage from packaging but didn't live up to the hype. About the same range and speed as our three year old Airport router. But overall it works, so that much is good.

This product is easy to hook up and set up. It also works great. My lap top seems to be going faster with the new router.

I installed this router about a month ago and it has been working and performing extremely well with not a single hick-up. This router replaced my 3+ years old "n" band router. I did not choose a more expensive unit because we needed service for 2 iPhones, 2 iPads, a 4K TV, a standard HDTV and some miscellaneous equipment. This model had sufficient capacity and some more. The upgrade was part of my plan to move to 4K HDTV and the transition was been smooth and well worth it. I would highly recommend this unit.

Love this new router. I now have wifi in my barn and shop. Sooooo easy to set up - and it worked as soon as I put in the password.

The Nighthawk router was extremely easy to install and setup. The increase WiFi speeds and coverage was quickly noticeable.

We got this because we always have trouble with the internet when my husband is playing call of duty in one room, the kids are trying to watch Netflix in another room and I am surfing the web in another area of the home. The nighthawk seemed to make the signal stronger where we can all be using the Internet at once without anyone losing the wifi strength and compromising what they are trying to accomplish.

This is a great router! It is super fast and reliable. It has super speeds for streaming movies and streaming online WiFi games.

This router maximized my home networks speed. Here are a few important points of interest: 1) All these years of DSL service, I had a random Modem/Router combo which hasn't serviced me that well. So, I decided it was time to upgrade! Typically I was getting only 50% of my bandwidth speeds through my Wi-Fi. After getting this Nighthawk Router, I now get 100% DSL bandwidth on the same DSL service. All of my devices are much faster now... Xbox One/PS4, iPhones (3), Tablets (4), Brother Printer, Blink Home Security, Amazon Fire TV's (2), Sony 4K UHDTV (3), and computers/laptops (2). 2) Cables! I upgrade my network data cables to new CAT6 cables, which has helped the router to connect perfectly with the DSL modem. Since adding this wonderful Nighthawk router, I now have NO MORE wired connected devices in my home network. In all conditions, either with CAT6 data cables and/or Wi-Fi, this Nighthawk router has delivered the service speeds I was missing for years. 3) Interface.... Also, I like the interface for setting up and using the router. I like that you get two options of 2.4ghz or 5ghz connection. One thing to keep in mind is that some older devices can only use 2.4ghz so it is that old device itself that limits the connection speed. Newer devices are 5ghz capable and can maximize the speed capability. 4) Security... I also like the "Access Control" feature so that you have to permit a device to connect to your Wi-Fi. For example, when I got a new Sony 4K UHDTV, I logged into my Wi-Fi network and put in the proper password, but it wouldn't connect to the internet. Then I went to the Netgear interface on my PC and it displayed that it had been blocked (because Access Control is turned on). So then I simply hit a check box to "allow" the UHDTV onto my home network, and then it connected. Finally, I hope my review helps encourage you to purchase your very own Nighthawk router! Thanx!

I had been using a perfectly good Netgear router for my house (just my son and I), but when my oldest moved back in for several months all of a sudden things weren't running as fast (Netflix kept rebuffering on me) so I decided to upgrade. Now with both of my kids on their Xbox Ones AND all of us using our phones for browsing PLUS Netflix or Pandora we can all enjoy ourselves without and issues.

I've set up many routers in the past. This was the same as all the others as far as set up. I had to mounted high on the wall between the TV and brick. Checking the signal for the 2G and 5G at different locations throughout the house and notice that it was hit or miss and slow connection. The connection would even drop at times. Going through the manual and reading (first time ever). It clearly says don't place near other electronics or brick walls. OK... relocated the router to the shelf with the same height and solved all the problems. Even got good reception outside in the drive way (2G) - roughly about 60ft away.

I get excellent speeds on wired computers but WiFi for some reason is slow ( despite good signal strength) - it is slower than my previous Netgear AC 1900 - and this one is AC 2400.

Easy to set up and control via the Genie app. The performance both in speed and range is outstanding. Highly recommended.

This router is blazing fast the 5g is excellent paired with xfinity internet my speeds went from 20mbs to 80mbs after install I highly recommend this for gamers and streamers 4K video no problem while gaming and browsing the net and the ability to store videos on a portable hard drive with media share options and unlimited options for all kinds of features it's well worth the $250.00 price tag
