It is bigger than my last router so had to find a spot for it but works great so far with 18 devices connected.

Decided to upgrade from an older N router. Best decision yet! The speed is unbelievable. Getting consistent 56MB download over wireless using speedtest (50MB service thru Brighthouse). House full of wireless devices...none have speed issues anylonger even when all are in use. The number of features the router is capable of is staggering. Highly recommended!

I had the n600. Netgear router before but this one fly, I say that because it has great range and has a lot of features which you cannot find on other router at this price, I use it as a mini server for my movies as you can connect usb hdd on it, also has qos which makes it good even if there is a lot of devices connected, has mimo tech which makes it multi tasking when streaming on multiple devices no lag or buffering! Tested! Good!

Easy to hook-up. Everything works faster and the sound bar is much clearer and better sounding.

This was the second router we tried to boost our wi-fi coverage to our family room which was fairly distant from the router (large house, multiple walls and floor between the two). We noticed significant improvement in the signal and stability. It also allowed us to get the full speed we were paying for through our ISP. We are really pleased with it.

So Ive been wasting time with ATT and their rent a modem with max speed at 20mbps for 40$/mth. Talked to Sebastian at BB (thanks dude) and got a 32 channel arris modem and this nighthawk router and switched to Comcast and BAM! Did i say bam? Yeah. Fast ain't the word. 85mbps on average per device! And I'm talking 12 devices. And did I mention it's badazz. Yeah i did. Wow. Do it. And don't waste anymore time and momey. Wow

Great coverage for my two story home. No more dead spots and a strong signal throughout.

Was very easy to set up and change settings. Plug and start streaming. Don't have buffering and streaming online goes smoother without buffering.

I have a midrange internet plan and I have no problem streaming 4K content over wifi with this router. I only give it 4 stars because the netgear wizard app is frustrating to set up. Once installed and set up I have had no problems.

I purchased the Nighthawk X-45 strictly because the Best Buy employee highly recommended it. And he was right. I am not a techie, but I called the Netgear people (phone number included) and they walked me through the set up. And, they were very patient with me. This is going to sound bad, but it's the truth: BestBuy has NEVER given me bad advice or tried to upsell me. I buy more electronics from BestBuy than from Amazon.
