    Gave me the wired connection through the outlets. Now we can do remote work in both rooms via eyhernet. i just wish the outlet could swivel because it takes up the entire outlet.

    These pair of extenders solve just what I bought them for! I was experiencing random drop-offs in WiFi network connectivity in my bedroom when the router was in the living room. With these, my network speeds doubled and are much more stable. One important point is that you need to plug these into the main wall socket, not a surge protector extension etc. I made that mistake when I first set them up and wasn't getting any signal.

    ***PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE** In order for this product to work….the units must be on the SAME CIRCUIT!! Else, they will not work. Now you ask…”How do I know if the units are the same circuit?”…good question….the answer is…”You Don't. Trial and Error. You have to plug the device in various of outlets throughout the house(Which defeats the purpose). Its either going to work(If you are luckily) or not. There is no grey area. Good news is that BB. Has sa WONDERFUL return policy.

    This product works well for my wifes computer to connect to our internet at home. Our modem is located upstairs in one corner of our house and my wife set up her home office down stairs in the opposite corner of the house as our modem so she had poor wi-fi and could not use her VOIP phone without interruptions, this solved that problem.
