    Packaging claims that it boosts the signal, but in the fine print of the manual it says that it actually degrades the overall strength of the signal. So unless you're getting no signal to your device, I wouldn't recommend using this.

    My router is in the basement. I had some spots on the first floor where the signal was poor for our tablets. This fixed the problem and also extended the WIFI to the attic.

    I gave this product 3 stars because it did actually work, but it did not help the situation I was using it for. As a result, I cannot say it is a bad or good product. Additionally, I would recommend this as a possible solution for anyone needing to boost the signal for example, from their router.

    So far so good. Provides good connectivity on this side of the house. Biggest complaint is that the unit is heavy and tends fall out of the socket unless it is plugged in on top so it covers the bottom socket.

    Repeats signal as advertised. Before you purchase, just know that it does not repeat 802.11AC signal. I will probably replace with another product as soon as I find a decent repeater for 802.11AC
