I bought this for my business where we have a portable racing center that travels around for business and we have no internet available. I bought this to pair with the hotspot on my phone and share internet access to my three computers hooked into the Ethernet ports! Basically, I am using the device to share my cell phone's internet with three computers plugged into the Ethernet ports on the extender. Simple as pie to setup and had performed exactly as I had hoped it would!

This was so easy to set up. Highly recommended! It was up and working in a few minutes. I have had it for over a month now and have only had to reset it twice due to loss of connection. But after reset, it was quickly reconnected. I work from home and use this every day. Very dependable.

Does the job. No complaints. Good feature includes indicator lights for separate 5g or 2g signal strength

This range extender was very easy to set up, (even manually), and has done its job perfectly in eliminating all the dead and slow spots I was previously experiencing throughout my house.

I bought this after trying out a Belkin which didn't even work out of the box. Not so with the Netgear; easy setup & installation, picked up 2.4 and 5.0 GHz very quickly, covered the entire house. I've had a few instances of dropped signal, but it comes back pretty quickly. Great unit, would highly recommend.

This range extender is good for basic to intermediate extender and works well with other Netgear products.

Once I installed the dual band router, it allowed me to separate my wi-fi connections into a logical division of resources. I believe this has given me better access to the internet.

I'm using this to hook my smart TV and a set-top box up. Works great if I reboot it once a week or so.

Setup took about 20 minutes, was pretty simple as long as you followed the directions. It boosted the existing WiFi which had extremely low signal strength on one side of my house. Now there is full signal strength on the opposite side of my house. Saves me from going over on my phone data plan each month.

Wanted to have better signal outside and this helped with Wi-Fi outside of our home

This Netgear extender was easy to install, and the shopping on the B.B. website was fast and easy.

I purchased the extender since I already had a Netgear router, I had problems making connections, the support number referred me to an outside vendor who was going to charge a fee to 'fix' my computer. I 'fixed' the computer myself within an hour - the problem identified by Netgear support was false. My extender is now working with no issues.

Great product, pretty easy setup, but instructions could be a little more clear for the novice.

Set up was a snap. Good for extending WiFi if your primary router is not in a central location.

I bough this extender because the router provided by provider didn't even reach our front porch (less than 40 feet.) We now have signal at the corner of our street (a couple of hundred feet) but the speed is significantly lower than the original. I know there will be a drop in speed, just did not realize it would be that much.

Definitely makes a difference. I went from hardly any signal in my living room to streaming Netflix. Amazon video still struggling but prob more to do with slow internet.

It works very well, but sometimes you need to sync the two routers to ensure best results.

Works well. But cant use it for infinity Hot Spots. Didn't find that out until too late.

Signal from att only extended to 1/2 the house ( rock wall between source and rest of house) extender in the middle of the house extended the signal the rest of the way.

Extender gave good coverage in a dead spot in my house. No noticeable loss in speed.
