My coverage in was weak in certain areas of my house since my router is located in the basement and non existent in my screen room and after installing the wifi extender, I have excellent coverage throughout my house and in my screen room.

I want this to use just for a month while visiting from out of town and needing to work from home. It was easy to install. If buying for my own home and daily use I'd probably go up one level.

I have a 4500+ sq ft home. My FIOS rouuter is in the office in one corner of the basement and my bedroom is in the opposite corner on the second story of the house. The signal was too weak and and the signal would drop. Talked to the very helpful Best Buy staff and purchased this extender. It was really easy to install - I have little to no skill with this kind of stuff- and works great. No problem streaming NETFLIX and no loss in network speed.

The signal extender was easy to set up and immediately we noticed the improved range. Now we have access to 4th Wi-Fi in every area of the house.

I have had nether wireless routers before but switched to a Cisco router because it was suppose to be "faster and stronger!" After my network had continues failures (network dropping out, losing connection with the cable network and unbalanced loads) I tried this router matches with it's extender mate! I have not lost connection with this wireless router and it the setup could not be easier and the security options are great and simple to use!!

I have a ranch style house that loses wifi signal down at one end. Not any more. put this half way between by wifi router and the end of the house. Works like a charm. Need to set up a different network name and permit devices to it.

Connected this to my DSL or at least I thought I did. Ended up having to call Geek Squad and they had to talk me through the set up again. Was able to finally connect my streamer to it and it would work but it screwed up all the other electronics in my house. My other desktop couldn't connect to my DSL and my Kindle Fire couldn't connect and one of my phones couldn't connect. It was a nightmare and a headache for me trying to figure out what was going on with my DSL. Took it back and Best Buy finally gave me a store credit.

We love this device. We can get wifi all over our 4000 sq ft house. Ok it's only 400 but what's a 0! Get this device. You will love it.

The unit all around works excellent.i have the unit in the house and pick it up 75 feet away from the house.So far never had to reset the unit.

Very simple to setup and get going. Only problem seems to be the fact I have to reset it every couple of weeks although I am not sure that Comcast service may have something to do with it.

The speed and ease of setup make it a good buy especially for the price. Every few days it loses connection and you have to reset it.

This works pretty well and isn't too bad to set up and get started. We use it to expand the signal to a 2nd building with the business.

Setup was quick and easy (typical for Netgear). Had to reset a few times at first, but since it has worked flawlessly and enabled us to have a solid wifi signal throughout the house.

It works ok, but have to be fairly close to your router. Setting it up was a nightmare. Easy set up didn't work, had to go to net gear then wanted you to but them. Was on the phone for 3 hrs before up and running.

We already had wifi in the house but where my room is it wasn't that good. So then I went to best buy and saw this. Took 2 minutes to set up and I have excellent wifi and can even to wired with it for my PC and gaming console.

good price easy set-up but random signal loss and often and far to long to get back might be because my router is one floor down and pop.side of house. but good value and worth a try

This device works great. I was able to set it up quickly to function as a repeater for my parent's 2 story house. Boosted the wireless signal downstairs and provided Ethernet connectivity for their satellite receiver.

The wifi router that came with my installed internet does not reach the end of my house. I placed this product in my Garage and now I have range on both sides of my house.

I have a house with thick plaster walls and have been losing signal to downstairs rooms. This helped signal and am not losing connection anymore. Happy with purchase.

I bought this product after having used a Net-Gear router, which I found to be a good product with easy setup. I bought this product to direct connect my Wii, a Blue-Ray player and a home computer, all in my living room, in the hopes of getting a better connection to my Net-Gear router, which in the other end of my house on another floor. After installing and moving the extender around I have found it increased the connection speed of the items directly connected to it buy cable. One thing to note: I've never had the WPS function on either of my Net-Gear items work for me and have always had to manually set up things.
