The range extender worked as stated. It was easy to install and operate. The extended range covered the distance I needed.

the unit works and the strength and coverage is pretty big. i relocated my wireless router and used this one to hook up my desktop on it and it works flawlessly satisfied customer and will definitely recommend it to others

I was interested in this product so that I could gain better coverage downstairs and this absolutely did the trick. It even gave me better coverage outside on my patio. Great product, east setup and a no-brainer purchase!

Have this by the living room TV and it picks up the WiFi from the back office and boosts the indoor signal to a point where there's no more waiting for re-fresh for ROKU rewinds......very pleased and no more frustration;-)

This worked better than expected. It was very easy to install, set up and begin using. Needed a stronger signal in the upstairs bonus room and studio. This works much better than two other extenders I tired and it never drops the signal. We just switched internet providers earlier this week and I was dreading having to reset this, but much to my surprise, all I had to do was turn it off, back on, hit WPS button and with seconds I was connected to our new service.

I purchased this to extend my WiFi signal from the basement to a WiFi camera out front of my house. It also extended the signal to the second floor to a full strength signal. Very easy to setup and use.

Simple set up, easy to use as either wired or wireless port. So far it has worked flawlessly. Been in use now for 4-6 months with no hiccups or issues. Took maybe 15-20 mins from opening box to using the device. If you need a simple solution for your WiFi extending needs this is a very good choice

only using it to redirect wifi to a Smart TV but it has cut down on buffering!

This is an extender. I was kind of confused when I was buying it. It extends the reach to the dead spots in the house but when I was buying it I said to myself that speed would improve. My bad. This extender is serving its exact purpose and I cannot be happier.

This product works well although I am having problems with linking to my Lap Top works well with my smart phone though.

I bought this for my ranch style house because the signal was too weak from the front room to the back bedroom and I couldn't watch Netflix. The hook up was easy and I have not had a problem with the signal ever since.

I bought this item to extend the range on my WiFi to help connect to my smart TV. I had originally tried a more powerful router to solve my TV connectivity issues, but that did not work. So I bought this little gem and it works perfectly - and at half of the price of the more expensive router! It was very easy to setup and is small enough that it is not an eyesore in the living room. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone looking for a solid option for a range extender.

Needed this for greater range within house. Only issue is that devices remain on extender once no longer in range.

I have a home that is 100 years old with very thick concrete and stucco walls. I tried everything to get wi fi in my furthest parts of my house. I was about out of my mind when I heard of a product called a wi fi extender. I never new these products were available or I would have purchased this a long time ago. anyway this model was perfect for my needs my house is on 1350 square feet but have 2 thick walls to send signal thru. it was extremely easy to set up and worth every penny.

Netgear make great products. the Universal Wi-Fi Extender is so easy to use with any exsiting Wi-Fi. Easy to set up you just plug it to and open outlet in your house press the Wi-FI selector button and your wireless router button to connect and every thing is god to go. This Wi-Fi extender extends your internet line without any signal loss. I recommend this product to any one and the price is just right without breaking your wallet.

My internet modem is downstairs and my upstairs smart tv would rebuffer every 10 minutes practically!! Very annoying! I was told I needed a different "better" modem, a 1700-something, instead of the 600 I have. I didn't want to fork out $180 so went with this WiFi extender instead. Figured if it didn't work I could exchange for the modem. ...well, IT WORKED!! I've had it for a couple months and I am extremely pleased! The password is the same for both my modem and the extender and so other devices we use work great too--they just switch to whichever is nearest or best. Recommend for sure!

For the price I paid, it does a pretty good job. It is also easy to set-up.
