This router came bundled with desktop, laptop and netbook. When tried to use it the install wizzard would not even work with the OS that came perinstalled on these systems Win 7-64bit. I was glad that the router I had already in use worked without any changes. This bundle came with Geek Squad networking setup but I've not had time to call to see if they can get to work yet.

It wasn't too easy to hook up and we had to purchase another cable but it's doing what it's supposed to do and I'm pleased.

Good Price and it arrived quickly. I'd buy from Best Buy again.

I have had this router for a year and have always had trouble with the signal. The router is located at the front of the house and we have one computer up there and one back in the bedroom with a wireless card. It is about 60 feet away with some walls in between.I keep losing the internet signal and have to disconnect and reconnect. Sometimes I am connected with just a local signal. At best I have a "weak" signal. Most of the time it is poor or nonexistant. Very frustrating. Not recommended for a wireless connection located in a different room.

My son couldn't use the router with his laptop because it wasn't compatible. He currently can't get online because he's waiting for the new router that his Mom purchased. He was really disappointed that it didn't work. This sucks because his Daddy let him down. He lives with his Mom in New Mexico and I only get to talk to him occassionally. It wasn't a good conversation with him complaining about the router.

I would not buy this router. They have had 10 versions of this router for some reason. I have 3 different versions and they all aren't good. The 1st version only two ports work and the wireless doesn't work. The 4th version doesn't work at all. The lights light up and stay on. The most recent version I bought since it was the cheapest and is no bueno. It works but then it goes down completely. STAY AWAY!!!

this product was easy to setup and easy to use . operated as promised . a great value for the money.

Installed on an XP machine and everything came right up. Very easy wifi connection to implement.

I really like this router. I thought it would be ok,but it is better then what I thought. I told someof my friends about it. It is a good value.

The was such an easy set up...plug, install, log on! it literally took me 5 minutes to get it up and running. Works great in my small apartment.

14 year old and she was able to install and have it up and running with no problems. Good deal, and exactly what she needed.

Took me about 4 hours to set up for my computer, the netgear technicians aren't that helpful or quick. The range is not bad, but certainly not great.

I think Net gear is one of the best brands on Market

This is a piece of junk! I was trying to pick up a wireless internet signal on ipod touch and laptop but no signal was coming in! So I had to mess around and mess around to get it to work! Before I even had to mess with the router I even got up very close to the router but still no wireless signal! Do not buy this piece of junk!
