Big however, it does not give amount of heat that I’d like. Best sitting very close. Temp goes to 85, but not really hot enough to over large area.

Best Room Radiator

We stopped turning the home furnace on at night to heat the entire house (no need to heat the 2400 sq ft of house just to keep us warm at night), placing this radiator in our Master Bedroom. Bingo, it heats the entire room gently, quietly (no fan) with a significant savings to our home gas bill. Requires about 15 minutes to get to temperature, I so like no fan blowing hot air around. Peaceful.

Leaks Oil!

It was leaking from the middle of the unit. Be careful where you put this- the oil could ruin your floor.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't understand all the 5's. It's a heater, it works, but it's not spectacular. In fact, there are two very glaring problems that make it a 3/5 for me: 1) It has an extremely obnoxious beeping noise that goes off with every single button press. 2) It's heating a full 5 degrees higher than expected. Since this is on the lowest setting, it means I can't use it in my bedroom (I like it cold at night, just not 60 or below), AND it's wasting energy since it's clearly not correctly tallying the temp. Incidentally my dog is terrified of it, either because of the beeps or the fumes that it gave off at the first time (though neither factored into my rating). I'm just not that happy with it, but, it does have a timer, and that was very important to me. So... 3/5, but I don't really recommend it unless you *really* need that timer.

Simple to use and performs as stated. The quietness is a welcomed feature which my previous heater ( Dr, Infrared ) didn't possess.
