    Seems I received an open box item, although I paid full price. There was no instruction book with this water cooler.Can somebody tell me if the temp indicator lights on the front are supposed to stay on/lit? Mine don't.It seems to be OK otherwise, for the 24 hours, I've owned it. Doesn't leak. Water temps are as they should be.Prepping the filter (sold seperately) was a major pain. But it works and looks nice.

    this is product is much better than the other brands, no worry about the stain build up because it is stainless inside. No more plastic taste, the kids love it!

    I am pleased with this water cooler. I expected the hot side to be warm, but was pleasantly surprised to find it extremely hot.

    The product was working fine but about a week in, it satrted to make weird noises. By the second week, the thing started to leak water badly.

    worked great for about 25 days, until day 26, woke up to a water puddle from a constant leak from cold water dispenser, luckily I have wood floors. Most of all that was a waist of High Quality H20.

    Good water cooler. Cold is cold. The hot however never worked from day 1. But we didn't get it for hot water either.

    This is the second water cooler in our household-the first we leased. This functions just like the other one, but is a teensy bit on the slow side for dispensing water. Otherwise, it was a great investment!
