Ok for light use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this water cooler to use in my warehouse so I could have cold water at hand after working holiday trucks. While it functioned fine (got cool, dispensed water), the fact that the water flow was SO slow made it almost useless. In the time it would take to fill a 20oz cup, a fellow worker could walk to our break room and fill a 30oz cup 3 times and then walk back. I've had old refrigerators with 1/4 inch water lines and low water pressure fill faster than this unit. I seriously wonder if they used 1/8 inch lines to run the water to the spout.

One HUGE deal breaker
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first I thought this was a great deal, then I realized that this water cooler doesn't have the normal load system. Normally you peel off the sticker of your 5 gallon water jug and put it on top and BOOM you are good. This one does not have that, instead you have clean the jug's top then you have to take off the cap and put it on and not spill water. I am 205 pound 6.'1 male and I have NEVER after a year of use been able to get this thing on without water spilling. Look somewhere else for a good cooler. There are videos online showing how to load the water jug and even in the video it spills on them.
