I love the open cooking grates feature. I especially love the removable drip tray which makes it easy out for cleaning and then easy back into place. The side burner is especially nice to use for caramelizing onions, no more stinky house! I cant say enough good things about this Nexgrill! I am so glad I checked out purchasing it from BestBuy. I was able to ask lots of questions before making my purchase. The online chat feature made it all very easy. I highly recommend this grill!

I wouldn't choose another grill this is the best i give it 5 stars. The customer service was excellent the people that put my grill together did excellent job they were done in less then an hour and showed me how to use it .
