Scale works well, super simple to set up and use, and has a ton of really helpful features. I love that it also includes your body age from analyzing your health and that it has an ideal target weight for your body. It tells you your body type (for example, standard muscular) and so many more things. Determines other things such as if you have visceral fat, bone mass, protein ratio, water ratio, skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, BMR, and heart rate (more not included). Not to mention the scale is a great price for the quality!!

Great if you are starting to look your wellbeing. It gives you all kinds of readings. Easy to sync with the app only when you need it. You can weight everytime without recorfing it until you press a “+” sing in the app. It keeps track of your progress.
