Fun to pick up and play a quick couple games it's very realistic and great action

If you love hockey this is the perfect game for you. Even better than last years

I replaced NHL17 with this one, not much has changed in the game, graphics are slightly smoother, and the addition of my new west coast team the VGK is the biggest reason I made the switch. the music is also slightly less annoying. I turn it off anyways.

The online EASHL last year was fun but this year ton of glitches that EA just doesnt care to fix. The new game 3s is awesome and that is what you will play the most of. Its the only NHL game so do you have a choice if you want a NHL game

Decent game. But not really that different from the previous NHL games. 3's is a fun arcade game, the expansion team stuff is cool... but overall the game hasn't changed much gameplay wise. If you still have 16 or 17... NHL 18 isn't a must have. Maybe wait for a BF sale?

Bought as a Gift for CoWorkers son, and he loves it. I have never played it, but I hear he plays it almost everyday after school, so that has to stand for something lol.

They brought back the online season play where we can all pick a team and play out a season online. Why they ever ditched it is beyond me, but glad it's back.

PS4 version, As usual NHL 18 is mostly a roster update from 17. Yes there were some minor changes. My biggest complaint is the multiplayer mode has glitches. I can't hear any chat from my teammates and I can't find any setting to correct this. Also, There are many problems like faceoffs restarting after have just been completed and fight stopping in the middle only to return to a faceoff and then the fight starts again. I never saw problems like this in any other years version.

Great realistic gameplay. Loads of fun. Controls are awesome.

The game has a few issues but they corrected a lot of the problems from last years version. The "3's" option is cool and a lot of people will like that. Always worth the purchase is NHL

All the items I purchased were for Christmas gifts,so,I really can't review them. They are what my family members wanted.

EA is doing its best to get NHL up to speed with FIFA and Madden. It's getting closer every year, but there's room for improvement. The introduction of the 3s mode is awesome!
