Game is fun if you like hockey. Like ALL games bugs are in the game. Graffics on some cards are pixelated some shots in the game. Game play is smooth compared to Madden. I think the HUT solos are good and the rewards are pretty good. Madden should take note to the better rewards. Franchise mode is also fun. Other modes still yet to be played. All in all fun game.

I think my first EA NHL game was NHL99 and I have owned every one since. This game, like all the others, takes it up one more notch to provide fast action and solid skills. If you had a go to move in NHL19, hope the goalies haven't figured it out in NHL 20 but there's a chance. Great addition to the collection!

Excellent game, but do not like the fact that the refs call tripping every time u blink. Yes you can turn off penalties but that’s no fun. Just wish they would have a better way for penalty calls. And last the announcers are dreadful.

This is a great game, they have improved on movement and fluidity of the players as they move on this ice and as the hit into each other. The best part is all the different ways you can lay someone out. It is definitely better than NHL 19.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for the kids. They play it all the time at their friend's house so I know they like the game. Best Buy shipped fast and packaged perfectly. They also extend return times this time of year so if there's an issue after 12/25 you can still return 30-days after that.

This is a great game for someone who loves hockey. It is very fun being able to play as some of your favorite players on your favorite team/s and being able to create your own player and get drafted into the NHL. I would highly recommend picking this up.

Fun game to play with some friends in my free time, always love how over the years these games just get more and more smooth on the updates, and keeping the rosters really up to date and active . Great game if you’re a hockey fan

This one is somewhat more of the same if you've played previous years, but the skating and stick handling does seem smoother and more realistic this year. A friend walked in while I was playing it last week and thought I was watching a game on TV!

I bought this for my sons during quarantine and they have really enjoyed this game. It's challenging but fun. Best Buy curbside pick up was organized and exceptional. I would continue to purchase from them, great experience overall.

I don't usually get the NHL games every year, usually every other year, but I'm very happy i got NHL 20. This game is a ton of fun, the graphics are great, and just overall great game to enjoy. World of Chel mode is by far my favorite.

I absolutely love this game. I like how they made the A.I's better in this game to make it more challenging. Drop in three's is where I live. The only thing that fell short on this game is the sound track. Not enough to drop the rating though.

With everyone on stay at home I bought this game. I have been playing online with my hockey teammates and it has been a lot of fun. The game play is intuitive and the game flows extremely well. The graphics are awesome as well !

Pros: - Super fun and easy to play - Graphics are top notch - Local multiplayer is great Cons: - Online play is choppy at times this is an area I hope is improved in the 2021 version. Overall: We love this game!

This is like playing in or watching an actual hockey game. The whole family watches to hear the commentators describe the game. It is crazy how detailed and accurate it is. The game keeps building on past versions. Wow!!!!!

I’ve been playing the EA NHL franchise since NHL 94’ and I love these games but every year a new copy comes out and it’s the same old game with a few stupid new gimmicks, and a TON of new exploits exposed online by cheaters. It wouldn’t be so bad if they fixed the previous years exploits, but they don’t address any of them so every year with the new release, it’s just more glitch goals and exploits exposed and it starts to add up. Try playing online in any mode and you will have trouble finding a game where the other players don’t just automatically go right to scoring with the glitch goals. It makes it unplayable. Get your **** together EA before you lose yet another customer. PS: offline modes are super fun.

Seems like a fun game, 11y/o enjoys playing it. Bought physical disc since it was $20 cheaper at the time. Disc didn’t auto play right away, so had to restart Xbox to get it to work. Silly to have a physical disc then have to download the game anyways. Way slower- and redundant, so minus a star.

I bought this game for my son so he wouldn't play as many 1st person shooter games. He isn't into sports games very much, but since we got this game, he always wants to play it. Very happy I purchased it.

I've never bought NHL games, but finally made the switch from Madden. I was surprised how easy it was to get the hang of and also progress to more challenging controls. Pretty good for a hockey game.

We had Nhl 16 and this was a pleasant upgrade in movements and graphics without changing the controls and gameplay. It is a great time killer and a good game to play with a bunch of friends.

Only had this for a little bit, but really enjoying the updates from my last version (NHL 18). Video and game action makes the play feel pretty realistic. Nice to see the Alumni team additions.
