    I only had one problem. My backyard is exceptional dark. In the backyard, the camera does not work in the dark. Otherwise, I like everything else.

If they discover nothing is wrong with the camera, adding minimal amounts of ambient light can greatly improve the image quality and distance at night.     Cameras are decent quality, but they need to be very close to box. And you lose alot of signal going through wall. If I had it to do again I would buy a wired system

      Have you tried using the 9 ft. Wi-Fi Extender Antenna? It helps to bypass obstructions and ensure the signal reaches up to 300 ft.

    it has a clear pic on computer except the range dont seem to be more than 50 feet to record motion. the pic on camera shows over 300 feet but wont record when movement past 50. signal is week, not sure what is happening

    These cameras work excellent and keep me at peace Of mind. I am able to monitor the outside of my house including the cars parked on the driveway.

    We bought this system as an upgrade/replacement to our old wired NightOwl system and love it. The wireless cams give us an easy mounting solution and the 1080p resolution has helped in catching bad guys who have stolen from our neighbors yards. Add some infra-red light generators and this turns night time into high noon. Nobody can hide in the dark anymore. The built-in microphones are great as well, so if one thief calls out his buddies name, you have even more info to work with.

    I was looking for security cameras for my home, so I bought this product but unfortunately I didn't feel like they were made for outdoor use because of the power supply so I went with a wired system, otherwise for indoor use it would be my first choice.

When installing outside, we do recommend you place the cameras under minimal protection of some kind, such as an eave or awning so they are not overexposed to the elements.     Only downside is that I was looking for an outdoor system, the power supply made me question whether or not it would be safe outside,so I went with a wired system, but love the picture quality.

      The cameras are built for Indoor and Outdoor use. We do, however, recommend installing them under minimal shelter of some kind when placing outside. An eave or an awning are ideal. These keep the cameras from becoming overly exposed to the elements.

      To correct any lag, you simply need to change the Wi-Fi Channel. You must login to the NVR from a TV to do this. Please reference your manual for exact steps. Thank you!
