    I have nothing negative to say I recommend this to any family it was not too expensive a very good deal. You do have to be somewhat smart with computers and phones the phone app is pretty neat because you can watch the cameras from another location.

      Good Afternoon. Please contact our 24/7 technical support team to troubleshoot the grainy day/night image (1-866-390-1303). The image should not be grainy and might be affected by something interfering with the camera at the installation location. Regarding the red lights on the cameras at night, these are the LED lights used to provide Night Vision. You are correct, they cannot be turned off as this would make it to where you would not receive Night Vision. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

    What can I say about this cameras? Well, they are a great option. The price is not bad at all. Two way talk is great to alert people and advise to leave the property. Very easy to setup even though we had issues getting the signals from the camera to the DVR.
