Night owl cam

Night owl support help troubleshoot the problem, first they said it was the power card and sent me a new one. Well that did not work. Called them back and it was the camera, two of the cameras were bad. Now waiting for them to send me two replacement cameras!!

NO AUDIO WHEN IS SAY IT HAS 1WAY AUDIO

Garbage Product and Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First if you are having an issue adjusting the zone sensitivity for each camera under record settings it’s not just you. We tried it on 4 different phones and the system will just reset it to medium if you set the lowest setting. They tried to play it off as a phone issue. Nope. This system will say it sees a face or car when there is nothing there. The main reason I wanted to adjust the sensitivity. Just so you know they use the same software on all their kits so I would avoid them all together. If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. Absolutely terrible experience and product.

It would appear though that you are not actually reviewing this product but rather spamming our products as you have been for quite a while on multiple sites due to a poor experience. Your issue was not able to be replicated with any of our systems though we did ship you multiple replacement parts to attempt to support you. DO NOT ALLOW THESE CAMERA TO PROTECT YOUR HOME BECAUSE THE THIEF WOULD BENEFIT FROM SUCH POOR QUALITY. IF YOU PURCHASE THEN YOU DID NOT BELIEVE THE TRUTH...YOU HAVE BEEN FOOLED.
