Good crisp image, but the app for lack of a better term, $ûcks. Very slow. Have a 5 year old night owl system that’s held up great, and has better software. This setup’s app is painfully awful

Shell is plastic not sturdy. Not sure how long it will last. Mounts are not user friendly. Camera quality is acceptable. Not Cat5 connectors. App needs improvement

Cameras work well. Very clear and easy to use. I like the app On my cell phone to monitor the office while I am away. I can also set it to notify me at night for motion etc.

Good quality image. Set up not too difficult. Does not have remote for using a monitor. You have to use mouse to change views on monitor. Easy to use on phone ot tablet. Be careful on mounting place around outside lighting.

These cameras have been great for our house. The quality is amazing on them and we can cover the whole outside of our house with the amount that they come with.

Tried this new brand for more ruggedness and was very disappointed. Interface was very confusing. Was on the phone with Tech support 3x and each tech gave me different answers. Can only export a file from one camera at a time and only one event. Swann allows you to export multiple cameras with any different time frame blocks. I am going back to Swann. Why all the lights and alarms? I don't need all the bells and whistles. just a basic night vision recording and monitoring

We are very pleased with these cameras for our business. They were very easy to setup and install and the picture clarity is fantastic!

Work great and easy to use highly recommend for a small business or home

Nice Simple Camera System but a little too simple considering the NVR software. For example you can't set a camera to be off during a period of time and their is no way to tweak the event detection so that wind blown plants don't trigger a recoded event. These are fairly standard in other NVR's that I used. You also can't "Exclude" areas that you don't want recorded. If they can enhance the NVR software with these features I would give it 5 stars. The 4 K cameras are nice and light and easy to install. The give a nice clear image. Otherwise it's a bit too simple.

Okay camera system, phone app is buggy and loads slow.

The cameras work well, with clear pictures. However one of the cameras will only show in black and white. Will reposition to get better lighting. The one serious issue is with the remote app. Terrible and slow. Also when connected via HDMI, the server keeps telling me my password is wrong, even though I know it's correct. Works sometimes, but most times it doesn't. This is critical when i need to review some of the past footage.

Upon receiving this product, I was replacing an older night our system and upgrading to this. It was a very fast installation and it provides great picture quality and the wide angle lens covers a vast area. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a 4K camera system that is wired. It also has the advantages of four additional cameras that are wireless and be purchased separately.

Camera quality is really good but app interface could be better. App takes quite a while to load if it even does.

Picture is crystal clear & super easy to use system.
