There are a few things need ti change before I could recommend the product lie being able to change night vision settings and being able to control more of the camera system

This is the second night owl kit I have purchased over 3 years and they do not disappoint at all. The quality of the cameras are fantastic and the software and apps are user-friendly. The cost to value ratio is spot on.

Just not a goo choice for mty property as its too long and running wires that distance was too difficult so i went for wireless instead, but if at all possible go with wired cameras when you can they are much better in almost every category. hope this helps!

Upgraded to these cameras. Worked fine first few months. Night vision has not worked on one of cameras. The App hasn’t worked and the support for the app is awful! Not able to view cameras from home thru app in over a year!

Not work with Bluetooth You always need an Ethernet wire if you want to see it in your phone Doesn’t say anywhere before you buy it or in the specs

Amazing quality for the price All updated cameras are super clear night vision is fantastic. You may need to buy extra wire depending how you set it up in your house. Other than that five stars

This is my first ever set of security cameras, so I was skeptical as to whether I'd gotten what I needed to say the least, but I don't think I could have made a better choice. These have many very helpful features. It was super easy to set up (Be sure to read the labels on the power sources to ensure you plug the right one into the right spot!) The footage looks great (day and night), and the interface is very easy to use. I haven't connected to the app yet, but I'm sure it'll be even easier to use once I do. I can't yet speak to the longevity of the cameras, but I'm doubting I'll have any issues.

Troubles connecting to it and live is really delayed

The installation was pretty simple and straightforward and easy to connect the app is easy to use on straight forward but the viewing of 4K is not great

Like this compared to battery operated cameras. Poe makes install easier than other cords. App on samsung could be little easier, not sure how apple app works.

Great product very clear picture I would recommend that you buy the five year protection plan with this item

Amazing easy setup, works great, clear cameras, enough cord length and, the mobile app works amazing.

So far so good, had a different brand initially, great 4k cameras but no app support for over a year. Night owl dvr wasn't compatible so we swapped out. Only issue I've had is with an additional add on wifi camera, came 2 in a box, 1 has no issues and the other simply shut down overnight. Unplugged it from 110v supply and it rebooted fast, so far its good to go. Use the Qr code to set everything up, the app doesn't like a manual setup even if done exactly as required.

Purchased this system in April 2022 and had it professionally installed without any issues. Purchased a 4k TV to use as a monitor, no issues there either. App works decently enough to view all cameras move them around within the app, even zoom in and out. I have noticed that ever once and a while when accessing the app you have to tap on your devices because it will say there is nothing connected. Other than that little snag everything else has been working perfectly.

Night owl cameras have always been good but now the night owl protect app is excellent.

Love the video quality and the installation service that was included with my total tech subscription..

Very, very impressed w/ everyone involved in my selection, purchase (Casidy and Jeremy at the store), pre installation and Wi-Fi setup of these cameras. Thomas (on-site specialist) was incredibly knowledgeable. The WiFi installers for the eero wi-fi units very professional. Installation is scheduled for 6/27 - I have no doubt this will go well also. I will be able to provide my opinion of the actual cameras following the 27th.
