    This DVR worked great in a home installation, it's 4K resolution and 1TB storage made the images as lifelike as possible and the zoom feature lets you read license plates of the cars in the driveway. I'll buy this DVR the next time I have a home installation to do.

    Replacement for a posiden dvr works with analog and hd cameras .app for remote viewing is great.gives you a piece of mind when you are away.no more stolen packages. Best buy had best price.does not come with cameras.

    First off, this unit is NOT friendly for those that are not IT professionals, Setup was a pain from the start, not sure if it is recording or just displaying the video feed, android App will not work at all, keeps saying password error or device error, Just a quick startup guide is all that is included, tried their support page and live chat where I sat for over 20 minutes with nobody there before I just gave up, I am fed up, packing up and returning this BAD DECISION!

      Good Afternoon. We apologize you have had difficulty getting your system setup. Each system does come equipped with a DVR installation guide and a remote viewing guide. Additionally, the system manual is available on our support site. Our 24/7 tech support team averages an 8 minute hold time and is always available at 1-866-390-1303.
