Had trouble with one of the cameras night time view and having to return it.

I bought the expandable eight (8) channel camera system with four (4) cameras to locate outside because my shop had been broken into and am adding two additional for the interior. Excellent camera quality for the money, just doesn’t get much better. Relevantly easy to install the only problem I am having is the inferred attracts a lot of bugs at night which triggers the recording and will record all night long. There isn’t enough user info that comes with the system but customer service is very accommodating, helpful and friendly just make sure you register before you call, easy enough. When calling you will be on hold for about 15 minutes but worth the wait. For the price and the quality I would recommend this set up to everyone.

This product works well, except every 4 to 5 days I have to reset it because the pictures go blank on my cell phone app

For the price, you can't beat these cameras. They set up super easy, and work really well. Love the phone app and the desktop software. Really happy with these cameras. Great crisp picture as well.

Cameras work fine. Not the best products but can help.

This camera is excellent to facial feature when need

We purchased this camera for our shop. It started out great but now the connection between the device & app keeps dropping out & I have to unplug the device to reset it. At times I wish I could return it. Anyone have any suggestions?
