Didn't work with any of my lenses
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this thinking I could use it with my lenses, but not of them worked! My mistake for not looking up the lenses that do work, which are the high dollar prime lenses, which some of us can't afford! I can't believe that Nikon doesn't make a lesser teleconverter for their other lenses. I bought a Vivitar teleconverter, it works but the auto focus doesn't work well! I could never get a focus on it! Works good on manual focus! Unless you have the right lens, look up first on Nikon.com, before buying!!

Soft images
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried this 1.7 Tele-converter with Nikkor 300mm F4 and D750 and the images I took of hummingbirds did not meet my standards for sharpness.

Posted .The Nikon AF-S Teleconverter TC-17E II (Product 2151) is compatible with the AF-S NIKKOR
300mm f/4D IF-ED Lens (Product 1909) and the AF-S NIKKOR 300mm f/4E PF ED VR Lens (Product 2223). When focusing keep in mind that teleconverters reduce the amount of light that is transmitted to the sensor. Because of this the number of focus points on the D750 sensor that are available for autofocus and electronic rangefinding is reduced from 51 to 15. Please see page 430 of the D750 User's Manual for more information. A copy of the D750 User's Manual can be downloaded from this address: https://downloadcenter.nikonimglib.com/en/products/175/D750.html .
