Awesome battery. Holds a charge well. Just expensive. Last me well over a day with heavy use.

I put it in my D7100, and it let me take pictures. I charged it when I was done, and when I put it back in my camera, I could take more pictures. It works just like the battery that came with my camera. I'd be happier if it was a few bucks cheaper, but its genuine Nikon, so I won't complain too loudly. I was disappointed that I had to look up the compatibility myself, though. The person helping couldn't tell me, because the information wasn't on Best Buy's site. I found it on Google in the first page.

I was leaving the next day for an extended trip involving a lot of photos (460 in fact). I was concerned about being away from plugs of running out of electricity. I was so glad they had them in stock.

Do yourself a favor and purchase the OEM Nikon battery versus thirdparty. It isn't worth damaging your equipment and suffering lost time from repairing your corroded batteries.

This is an oem battery and functions as expected. Recharges quickly and holds charge as it should.

Good deal for the price for a back up battery for a digital camera.

When purchasing a replacement or a backup battery, consider buying name brand. I've purchased generic batteries in the past but they rarely perform as well as the Nikon batteries. It hold its charge very well and having two batteries works really well! One is on the charger while the other is in the camera. Meaning I'm never without a charger battery.

I really appreciate the reliability of this Nikon battery. You can charge it and leave it in the camera bag for extended periods of time and it retains a charge. Because it was purchased as a backup battery it doesn't see a whole lot of action. When it's needed it's ready though. We shoot well over 1000 pictures before recharging.

The charge length of this battery is excellent and it recharges quickly.

Bestbuy is always there for the rescue,. Was out of town, but I could find the battery I needed at the local best buy during my travel

It was difficult to get service on this day. The battery was in a locked case but no one had the keys. It took about 15-20 minutes, but I finally got the battery. It's important to have a back-up for those long days of shooting, and I prefer getting the name brand for this purpose. Best Buy had the best price, even if they didn't have the best service.

Good ablility to hold charge, and charges quickly.

I have a Nikon d500 and there were battery problems with this battery (EN-EL 15). Not an issue here; I checked the serial number on back, and made sure I could return it if needed. But it works great, was on sale, and it's wonderful to have a backup battery!

Needed another battery for travel for my Nikon DSLR. New that this genuine battery would be the perfect solution as it was exactly as the one which came with my camera. For me the genuine replacement batteries get my vote every time. A great product that I don't leave home without. You won't be disappointed!

I love this nikon battery, I own the nikon d810, and it works perfectly. I have had a couple of third party batteries but they do not last a long, maybe 1 year at most, but this one have surprised me. Love this product! Would definitely reccomend spending a couple dollars more and getting the orginal battery from nikon!
