    I am not an audiophile, but in my opinion, these speakers do produce excellent sound quality. My wife and I are hearing a broader spectrum of sounds that were not produced with our older speakers. As indicated installation can be challenging. Basic installation was not difficult; however, due to the insulation in our attic it was necessary to build enclosures around the speakers since the manufacturer indicates these speakers can get hot and should have a couple of inches of clearance. That took additional time in a dark cramped attic.
