I love my Ninja! I love the measuring scoop, the way it takes water from the reservoir- I love the numerous features & ease of use! I am a regular coffee drinker. Black with nothing in it. I truly taste my coffee & if it’s bitter, it’s no good. The Ninja produces a good result each & every time, no matter what coffee you buy. I haven’t even tried the fancy versions yet... latte land & such. In fact, I can’t wait!

we absolutely love it. Thought we were paying for the name but this is a great coffee maker. It easy to use. Makes all different size from cup to pot. we have had it for at least 3 months, I cant remember but the coffee taste really great. I've been wanting to get a Bunn like at a convenience store but my wife wanted this and I just went with it. Worth every penny. Get it.

I bought this for my office to replace the all-in-one coffee maker we had. This is perfect because it's easy to use, easy to clean, allows for smaller brewing sizes and keeps the coffee HOT for hours without the hot plate. Our office has 10 people who use the coffee maker throughout the day and we love it! Highly recommend Ninja products!

Have very expensive coffee maker and wanted one for our weekend place. Took a chance on Ninja w/SS carafe. To date, coffee is as good as our other coffee maker, easy to operate and cleanup. Haven't used the other options yet but expect them to work as well as the basic great cup of coffee.

I personally was not a coffee drinker, before I bought this machine. I am a fan of happy wife, happy life! I was soooo tired of the K cup cluster, while I made my wife her usual double cup of joe every morning, that I went on a mission to find what I considered to be a hybrid machine, or multi size offerings, after the wife denied my idea of having 2 coffee machines on the counter. Once I made my 1st frozen Frappa, I have started drinking green tea in the mornings just to have an excuse to use this machine, of course my green tea has coffee, syrup, ice, and frothy half and half, but hey if I'm making the morning cups of caffeine I can call the drink whatever I want, right? All sizes available, iced, hot, or single cup of sweet tea is easily made, with your choice of strength. I am still finding new ways to make sweet caffinated goodness even 8 months later.

Love this coffee maker! Makes a great cup of coffee, Take your pick from regular, iced, cold brew or a specialty brew it’s all great. You can also brew your tea in the this machine. I love that you use your favorite coffee and there are no pods to depose of. I can brew one cup or a whole caraf. It also has the frothier attached to the machine and it is very easy to use and to clean.

I was a little skeptical about buying an expensive coffee maker when my $15 pot makes coffee just fine. But we were looking for something that had a timer and would be able to keep coffee warm without burning for a family that gets up to drink it at 4 different times of the morning. This totally did the trick. (We set it for 6:30am for the first round of drinkers and it’s still hot at 8:30 for the next... not so much at 10 or 11, but I just put it over ice at that point or reheat in the microwave.) Now the best part! The over ice and cold brew options! Totally delicious and they DO taste different! We did a taste test, lol. The tea basket for loose tea is fabulous, way better than any of my tea baskets I have. Love the different size settings, and was a great decision!

Our orginal Nija Coffee Maker was damaged by a falling object, this Nija is even better than the 1st. The size is slightly smaller, the thermal carafe is wonderful.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I like drinking tea. So this unit meets both of our needs quite well. It's easy to operate, great quality, and aesthetically pleasing too. It's our 2nd Ninja product, and I'm pleased with both of them.

    Starbucks Replacement!

I replaced so many things with this machine! For one, I no longer go to Starbucks because the Ninja can make my favorite coffee drink, cold brew. I got rid of my french press and drip carrafe too. Not only does this replace all of the above, it also does a better job at making the perfect cup of coffee or tea. It's smart enough to know the time and temperature to use depending on what you're making. Set-it and forget-it! The milk frother is really a nice bonus rather than a required feature for me. The only thing I wish was different would be the height of the cup you can fit in it. It has a setting for 18oz but none of my larger cups could fit inside the dock. No biggy, I just use the included carrafe and transfer, or use a wider cup and transfer. I recommend Stone Street Cold Brew Reserve coffee for a great cup of cold brew.

This is one of the best cofee makers we have purchased. The flexibility to switch from coffee to tea is a real plus if you have both coffee and tea drinkers in the house. The coffee flavor is excellent, and the machine is easy to maintain.

Pros: - multi/single cup coffee or tea - cold or hot - coffee temp is nice and hot - able to schedule a brew - includes milk frother Cons: - little bulky compared to new coffee machines - milk frother swings out, might need additional counter space - would have liked compatibility to kcups/pods style coffee

So i'm writing a review because when I was looking around at coffee makers, and reading reviews, some of the reviews for this particular one almost kept me from buying it. A comment that kept coming up was about the Karafe not keeping the coffee hot, considering it's a thermal pot and does not sit on a hot plate, well it very much does! I brew coffee in the mornings and it's still hot until around 4 pm. the only thing that may be an issue for some, is that this coffee make requires a good amount of counter space, especially since it has the frother that pulls out on the side. Overall, I love my ninja! It makes great coffee, I love the no drip button, the delayed brew, how quick it brews (even the full Karafe) etc... I've even gotten good with fancy brews like the lattes youd pick up at a starbucks.!

Happy to switch from Keurig for this!

My family and I are so pleased with this coffee maker. We’ve gone through 6 Keurig machines in the last 10 years. After the last one died, we decided to switch to a more conventional coffee maker. We love that we can still do single-serve easily, but also do a half or full pot. The insulated carafe is great, and there’s no mess when pouring because the lip is so thin. And we LOVE the measuring spoon that attaches and has pictures. It makes it so easy to switch between the different volumes of coffee without having to think about it. It’s been a long time since we’ve had to measure coffee so it made the transition so much smoother! The only thing we don’t really like is that the water reservoir has to be filled pretty much every time we brew coffee, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

I like the style. I like how fast it can brew. I bought it for my mother in law and went to help her set it up. After that, it makes me want to replace my Keurig with this instead. I love the versatility.

I love this coffee maker -- by far, the best one I've ever owned. I held off on ordering for a while because of the cost, but I'm glad I purchased it. I am a big coffee fan, and this takes the place of my standard coffee maker, my one-cup coffee maker, a Bialetti espresso maker, a Hario iced coffee maker, a French press, an Aeropress, and a milk frother. The Ninja is big, but it takes up much less space that all of the other gadgets combined take. I won't go into a lot of detail, since others have already done that, but the TL;DR is that this makes really good coffee (and tea) and gives you a lot of options for preparation. The thermal carafe works great, too -- it keeps coffee hot for three or four hours.

Bought to replace an old mr. Coffee I had for 6 years. While slightly pricey, it has been well worth it. The brew strength setting works really well. My wife has made frappuccinos with it. The tea setting has worked well. I use the delay brew all the time. The stainless carafe keeps the coffee hot for a long time and I dont have the burned taste from makers with burners on them. The only thing I will caution is that the delay brew setting will let you turn it in without a carafe in it because you can have it delay brew even a single cup. So it is possible to overflow and spill with that setting. I always delay cre into the carafe and pour it out to be safe.
