I was skeptical at first however the features and multiple types of coffees that can be made are wonderful. I love the single cup and 12 cup features. The delay timer is perfect to set up and have coffee going for the early morning.

I have been an advocate for the Ninja brand almost 10 years now. I’m disappointed in this latest coffee machine. We have been using the same coffee for years-as well. Ninja use to make the coffee taste just right. We thought our original coffee machine had gone bad because the coffee started tasting horrible. Needless to say, we purchased this one and the taste did not improve. Nothing was updated on the machine into modern times. It’s not what it used to be. Wouldn’t recommend buying. If Ninja don’t step up with it’s products this could be our last. I’ve seen multiple new designs but are very undrwhelmed with the configurations. Those coffee machines were huge and challenging to operate. Losing a customer Ninja.

its an amazinf piece to my kitchen collection. Pretty easy to work no problem and so many options to make. that is a amazing feature, I really love the dual insulation stainless steel pitcher with hot beverages its cool to the touch.

I have used this product about 6 times thus far for coffee and tea and its awesome!!! Im so glad i bought it. From choosing alternate styles of your choice of coffee/tea brew hot or cold. To signature brews.... I enjoy my coffee and definitely need it on a daily base.

This coffee maker is very versatile, it is nice to be able to make a single cup, carafe, or tea. This coffee maker also controls the temperature very well which is important for good coffee. The only aspect I don't like is not being able to control the water volume sizes for the different settings (would be nice to program single cup to only 6oz). Also would be nice if they made an adapter for pods.

Makes a great regular coffee, but offers so many options for sizes, specialized drinks, iced teas, coffee etc. So happy with the purchase, besides my morning cup of coffee we have a caramel cappuccino every evening--my wife thinks I'm a barista.

For the price this works really well - I make cold brew daily with this and the taste is on-point. You can make all manner of coffee beverage with this too, it is very flexible and the coffee pot itself is very high quality.

After having this coffee maker for over a year and a half, I can tell you that my wife still loves it over the old Keurig system we used to have. Good value and makes good coffee and tea.

This has been a great addition to my morning and afternoon routine. The ability to choose tea type and have it brew a flavorful cup is great. Love how my morning latte is so easy to make. Very happy with this purchase.

We love our new Ninja Coffee Maker! It adds so much flexibility to our conference room setup as it can make a pot, single cup, and even tea!

Everyone in my house is very happy with it. It looks good in your counter. It helps you please all your special guests. Able to makes different sizes so you don't waste your money. Different types of concentration. Different temperatures. I love the attachment it brings for your specialties. The option of being able to make your favorite tea too. Is super easy to clean. It is also very convenient that you can take the water jug out to fill it. The only thing I think could be improved (but that is not an inconvenience at all) is that it is kinda loud when the coffee is brewing ... well, that is only if the house is totally silent lol. Over all I am in love !!!

We really love this coffee maker , you can actually put the coffee in it program it and just wake up the next day and serve your coffee in your cup without an effort, also makes a very good cappuccinos

We absolutely love this coffee maker! The pot that the brewed coffee goes into is not even hot to the touch. You can brew various sizes and even iced coffee or tea. Definitely recommend!

This machine is phenomenal! Great gift for the wholes family! My wife is the barista at home and doesn’t have to go to Starbucks anymore...easy to follow instructions and recipes!

How did I live without this! If you're looking to graduate from your regular 4 cup Mr. Coffee Brewer, this is the Latin honors (MCL) of coffee machine degrees. Be your own barrista...seriously!

I was in the market for a coffee maker and this one was recommended to me by the sales person at BB. I will say I have owned quit of few coffee makers and this one by far has been my favorite!

I love that I can make cold brew, matcha latte with foam, full pot of coffee, and even iced tea with the same machine! Easy to use, easy to clean, would recommend to anyone.

This is the first expensive coffee maker I’ve ever had and oh man it holds up this thing will make your coffee give you a morning hug and motivate you to really be your best each day

This coffee pot is really great you can make coffee and tea they both taste really good I am glad I picked this up I enjoyed my coffee every morning and a cup tea in the evening.
