Now that I own a Ninja, I prepare a latte every morning before work. For the coffee purist, this will not replace an espresso maker but the Specialty Coffee Concentrate (which is the mode you use for making a latte) comes very close to a more expensive machine. Beware: I did not like my first couple of coffees but after the machine has been operated a couple of times where minerals, coffee oils, etc. have passed through, you start to sense a fuller flavor with all but a trace of the bitterness gone...just like they brag about in the Ninja infomercials. It's easy to use and easy to clean. Build quality is also good. Recommended.

Full disclosure: I returned my Ninja Coffee Bar after only owning it for a few days. This return was not related to the product -- my wife and I just decided to stop drinking coffee. With that said, this coffee maker is truly versatile and looks great on your countertop. I can't imagine ever using all of the features as I just like black coffee. My only complaint with the machine is the extensive cleaning you must do before brewing your first cup. I only used vapor distilled water and wasted 6 bottles just to clean the machine.

At first, I thought this device was a bit gimmicky, but its actually quite amazing. We are able to make great tasting coffee drinks at home for a fraction of the price major coffee chains charge. The concentrated coffee settings taste just like espresso drinks from coffee houses. No more spending $6 bucks per drink and 10+ minutes waiting. Having this device at home, on demand, any time we need a boost is awesome.

Brews quickly with one touch and has adjustable platform for taller cups. I l like the fact that there is no pre-set timed brew, since this makes me actually get out of bed to start brewing (with an automatic brewer, I would sometimes stay in bed well after the coffee had brewed). The brew takes only one minute and goes straight into the cup, so no pot to clean. Also no filters to remove and dispose of.

I bought this as a birthday present for my boyfriend who is a coffee fanatic! He's so in love with it, he loves how there are so many options on how to use it.

Nice to have a multi-functional machine, but the footprint for it is rather large and tall, One note,,, the vents for the heated water are on the top, and may affect the underside of your cabinets.

I'm not gonna lie, I wanted this coffee maker because how easy the commercial made it look. And it is that easy. It comes with a recipe book with pretty much all the coffee recipes you need. Great purchase, and so happy it came with that book. If you're getting it for a gift, a recommend getting some vanilla syrup to go with it because that's a staple in many of the recipes.

If you like drip coffee, aren't fooled by the faux expresso machines with way too little pressure and fake crema, and want a quick cup of good coffee that doesn't make you buy proprietary pods or cups or other nonsense, I don't know what product you can find right now that's better than this one. I have one at home and one at the office.
