Looks great and makes some pretty good coffee. Time will tell how it holds up.

I purchased the Ninja coffee system to replace an old unit. There are many settings that make this unit simple to use and convenient. The richness of the coffee is outstanding and for the money, this unit is hard to beat.

I wanted a coffee pot that was easy to use, but not a keurig/single cup one. This makes the most delicious hot and iced coffee and in multiple sizes. I would buy this again and again and again!

We purchased this item not only at a great deal but on order to replace our keurig coffee maker and we have not looked back. Love the option to make a single cup, travel, or half to full pot which stays warm like a traditional pot. We are saving lots of money instead of buying individual expensive cups and allows for us to over indulge in our coffee. We also love the ice coffee feature and the self cleaning option. Only downside now that we owned it under 2 years, the cleaning sensor comes up regularly even after extensive cleaning.

I'm still playing with the settings, but the times that I have gotten it right. The coffee is awesome. The only reason I took a star off was because the amount of coffee that comes out is different even with the same settings. For example, I did "Half Carafe/Rich brew" last week, filled the carafe almost 2/3 of the way up. I did it again this morning, same settings and only got 1/3 of the carafe. The coffee still tasted great, but the variability in the the amount is annoying. I'll still keep trying to figure it out.

What we like about this Ninja Coffee Maker is that we have many options . Sometimes we want a Whole or Half of Carafe during Breakfast and sometimes we want just one cup in the evening. And the times we want to take some with us it has a Travel Cup Setting. It aslo has built in timer and different Brew Controls. Very Versatle Coffe Maker

if you're looking for rich bold and flavored coffee this is the coffee maker I use Bustelo coffee which is a Spanish coffee because our families used to Rich bold coffees but you can save money by buying Maxwell House using less coffee and this coffee maker I promise you you can use weak coffee and it'll come out bold

Bought to replace a Kuerig and very happy with the quality of the machine.Would give 5 stars but haven't had it too long.

I always thought about getting one of these but was hesitant due to middling reviews and high cost. It's been better than I could have hoped. Makes much better coffee than typical cheaper brewers which I've returned. It has also been a nice change of pace to Keurig and is almost just as quick and simple.

This coffee maker makes better tasting coffee than my Keurig. I almost forgot how good home coffee tastes. The only bad thing is its pretty messy when making single cups. The coffee tends to splash and drip on my counter. Over all I love my Ninja!

I had wanted this for a very long time.I am so glad i finally purchased it.It make an ideal cup of coffee without grounds ( I also use paper filters}and hot It is easy to fill reservoir as you can see amount of water ( glass reservoir)
