We aren’t coffee drinkers, but do like a splash of coffee with cream. This replaced a Keurig that broke, and it took me a while to figure out how to actually make coffee (not the machine’s fault). The cup and travel mug settings make way more coffee than the standard coffee mug and travel mug. So I have to use a tumbler on the coffee mug setting to allow enough room for all the noncoffee ingredients I add.

Still works great. Happy with the product and how easy it is to use.

we were trying to get away from the expensive k-cups and be more environmentally friendly. We dont drink enough coffee to make giant pots of coffee either. So we needed a coffee maker that made it but the cup and this one was perfect! The reason I am taking 1 star away is because the coffee seems to splatter onto our white countertops causing them to stain if your not quick to wipe it up

I am thoroughly enjoying the Ninja Coffee Brewer! It is well made, quick, easy to use, and even looks cool. Right out of the box it is easy to use with virtually no set up needed. I like that it has a built in coffee filter that is easy to remove for cleaning. Settings buttons are easy to read and understand. Some coffee pots need a science degree to figure out. Not the Ninja. Coffee is perfectly brewed and hot. I was happy to see the indicators for the water reservoir are slightly over estimated. No worries of an overflow. Using it for a cup, travel mug, half a pot or a full pot is a breeze. Cleaning is super easy as well. It is a bit tall (something to consider if you have a low cabinet it will sit under) but not overly so. All in all an excellent coffee maker!

So far so good. The different brewing features are nice, and people able to do a single cup. Setting up the auto-brew is easy. Cons: The re-usable filter is awful. It lets all kinds of junk through. Not sure if this is all re-usable filters or just this one. We bought some environmentally friendly paper filters and it's a lot better.

The coffee machine has a number of plus points- it heats up quickly, quiet, has different settings, makes decent coffee. The water container is very convenient to remove and refill. However the major problem with this machine is that it will not dispense the correct amount of coffee. I usually select the "classic brew" Setting for a single cup. The regular sized cup of 12oz is way too small for this machine. The larger 16oz mug is also small - it gets filled to the brim! You can of course select the more concentrated "rich brew" setting but that is still Too much coffee for the 12 oz setting. So practically useless unless you want to make two cups of coffee every time and use the glass carafe that comes with the machine! Not recommended given that there are other good options in the market.
