This is the second Ninja Coffee Bar that I have purchased. I bought one for my house and then this second one for my office. Great product.

Its a great product, it makes coffee better than a regular drip coffee maker. i only wished it had more options like the other ninja products.

Replaced my single brew Keurig with this product. Much more versatile. Easier to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

Disclosure: I had a Mr. Coffee that was perfectly fine when I replaced it with the Coffee Ninja. Comparisons will be noted where appropriate. The Coffee Ninja looks the part of a premium coffee maker. It arrives well packed and thankfully it has an actual printed instruction manual. You'd be surprised how many new products think everyone can work a smartphone and wants to read tiny print on that screen to learn how to operate a product. Setup was quite easy following the instructions. As I brew pots of coffee instead of just a cup, I haven't tested the functionality of the ability of the Coffee Ninja to automatically adjust to the difference in brew receptacles. I like the removable water tank on the Coffee Ninja, but it does not hold as much water as the Mr. Coffee nor does it end up brewing as much coffee as the Coffee Ninja carafe does not hold as much as the glass pot of the Mr Coffee. I had a chance to test the two brew settings "classic" and "rich" and really could not tell the difference in the output. I used freshly ground coffee from a burr grinder in both instances. The result in both occasions was a rich flavor that was quite appealing. Classic might have been weaker in flavor - perhaps I am just searching for a difference in the two settings? The one thing I did not like about the Coffee Ninja is the warmer seems to stay on (at least the red indicator light remains on) when I turn the unit off; and you have to have the unit on to operate on the time delayed brew - something that even the Mr. Coffee maker does not need. The basket for the ground coffee is reusable/rinse and clean - though my first attempt at cleaning had me taking the entire "drawer" out and it is a pain to reinstall - apparently you don't need to pull the coffee ground holder/drawer out all the way - and there is a handle on the ground basket so look for it to prevent my first incident with the machine. Overall it is a very nice unit though I don't really see much difference in the usability over my Mr. Coffee with brew delay timer. If you want something more versatile or you want just a cup of coffee to brew at a time, then the Coffee Ninja would be a good choice - you can preheat water to compensate for the cup drawing heat out of the brewed product.

I love the way it looks and the way it makes coffee. Sure the newer models do more stuff but to me I am happy with this one.

This machine is very versatile and easy to use for anyone. Brews a GREAT cup of coffee!

If you are trying to break away from the "pod" I would definitely recommend this as a pretty easy to use, great tasting alternative. Machine was nicely packaged and was easily unpacked. I was ready to start brewing in 5 minutes. One thing to note - it is "pod" free and uses ground coffee only. The brew basket is easily removed and comes with a re-usable permanent filter - which is supposed to enhance brewing. Or you can use the disposable paper filters too. Has easily removable 43 oz water reservoir. It can be detached even with water in it, to easily fill or empty. The glass carafe is stylish but due to small top opening it is not the easiest to clean, but on sharkninja website they sale a special cleaning brush for a few dollars. We had no issue with it keeping coffee hot. The brew times are quick and the machine is pretty quiet, even the beep to let you know brewing is done. Every setting - classic, rich and over ice - tasted great. The only caveat I have is that Ninja has other models that have a couple of more brewing options you might want to consider. Nice to be able to brew one 12 oz. cup or tall/travel, 1/2 or full carafe. Each size tasted great and there is a nice shut-off option to stop drip. We are pretty much just straight coffee drinkers but instructions come with recipes for creating flavored coffees. It also has a clean option but we have not used that yet since machine is so new. The build quality seems very good so expect long trouble free brewing. Comes with 1 year warranty.

Was on the look out for this coffee maker at a good deal. Makes a pretty good cup.

I use this every day and could not live with out it. I did get the warranty but have not had to use it yet.

I really thought I loved coffee. . But then I got the ninja and it was like trying coffee for the first time.

I've had no problems with this product thus far. Does what it should do. Nothing more nothing less.
