Excellent blender, it will crush anything. Very powerful motor and excellent quality. The glass and heating feature is a plus. It is a must have.

This is a great blender. Perfect for making my morning protein shake with fruit (fresh or frozen) and chilling it with crushed iced. Best function is being able to run it thru a cleaning cycle that uses a hot water wash and rinse.

yes its smaller but my parents love how versatile it is. From dips to soups to jams to protein shakes to ice cream to margaritas. This baby does it all. I just don't like the fact I can't wash physically. But we all love it!!

Makes Excellent Smoothies, Soups, and other blended items! The pitcher is a little on the heavy side because the heating element is attached but it so easy to clean it makes up for any minor inconveniences!!

Powerful, Self Cleaning, and hot foods. A world of options. Very satisfied with this blender. Replaced a old outdated blender and decided to get one with added features. Great Choice!

We wanted another "multi kitchen thing" so we could get rid of more stuff, all the while enjoying the ability to make soup, smoothies or have a blender on hand. This gives you all of the above. As with all things Ninja, they might seem pricey, but you really get what you pay for with this brand. We are just getting into the beginning of using this blender and so far so good. Only wish there was a larger carafe/ vehicle for your goodies thing because I am always making stuff up on the fly and therefore never make the same recipe twice. Instructions are okay and I'll update after we've used it for more difficult recipes. We'll see how the blades last and if it continues to heat adequately. But as with the other Ninja devices we have in our home, I expect no issue.

This is a great blender. It is easy to use. The display is great. It seems to be as powerful as my Vitamix too.

Great purchase does what you need and not super loud like the previous edition to this one. I love my blender works GREAT!

I love that I can throw in a bunch of ingredients hit a few buttons and have hot soup! It’s not the best for small batches of anything. The glass is very heavy and awkward. But it is powerful enough to make nut milk

Works great. Love making sauces from nuts. Still loud but not as high pitched and annoying as other blenders.

Best blender I ever had! Needed to replace my Old blender and this one certainly lives up to the hype! The self wash feature is definitely a plus.

This is the BEST blender i've ever bought. I bought this when i was looking to replace my Ninja blade. Instead I upgraded and then replaced both! I love this blender the glass container is a little heavy, but that just means heavy duty!! you can not submerge the container in water because it will damage the heating unit that is used to make soups INSTANTLY HOT! i love that it comes with a hard plastic wand to mix around any frozen foods that may get stuck on the sides or clump after putting in liquid! I have recommended this to all my friends and family!!! Love this!!!!******

Our old blender died and my 13 year old daughter loves smoothies & soups, so I got this to handle both. It works great & we like the ability to have hot & cold.

I purchased this blender mainly so I could make smoothies in the morning, but was drawn to the idea that you could make food in it, too! I haven't explored my options yet, but you could make soup, ice cream and dips without any problem! I love that I can set it to clean while I am doing other tasks in the morning and it is then ready to go for the next day! Definitely recommend for smoothies and if you are a "foodi", then the rest of the options may come in handy as well!

Great value for money, it works great and it is easy to clean. We use it everyday for our morning smoothie!

This device provides the best soups ever, it makes the best smoothies we've ever had, and I've got to admit it's one of the coolest appliances out there. I think where it shines most is where it makes soup. Pea soup? Best ever! Hearty vegetable? Best ever! It seems to take a decent amount of punishment, just be sure that you do not immerse the blender itself in water, because the heating elements inside would not do well. It doesn't seem to be hurt by a little bit of splashing. The cleaning process that they provide works fairly well, but a nice longer handle brush works best, with a wee bit of dish detergent. The blender is made of heavy glass, and though I haven't waited, I would guess it's about 10 lbs. Heavy glass is best, the plastic nonsense that they put out there for other blenders is just worthless. Glass was a number one requirement for us. This thing gets hot when it makes soup! Use oven mitts to avoid scalding steam. Just follow the directions, that's all you need to do.
