I bought it a few months back and the non-stick still works like a charm. Just make sure to pre heat the pan before adding any food in it.

Ninja Foodi 12 in fry pan with lid

Works with Induction Stoves Yippie!

Amazing all purpose pan

It's so versatile, deep enough to make a family size casserole but not so heavy (like cast iron) that you can't pick it up. Oven safe, glass cooktop safe, so far I haven't even noticed a scratch even though I use it almost daily. I would suggest Ninja brand put a coating on the lid handle because it gets very hot! That's not even worth removing a star because this pan is awesome! I have 4 pieces now and I'm considering the wok next.
